Summary:

The position of Continuity Manager will focus on managing the monthly continuity programs we operate which includes: print newsletters/CDs/DVDs, membership sites, teleconferences and other monthly content. This individual is responsible for effectively working with others to ensure timely delivery of all materials. If you’re looking for a fast-growing company, Nitro Marketing is the place for you.

What makes a person feel like they can’t get to sleep until they’ve verified the payment each month because they value of the information and service they receive? The value of the continuity program has become such an important part of their life they feel like they would stop breathing if they somehow missed out on a month of their monthly subscription.

You will be working the Content Creation team, Technical Team, Administration Team and the Product Manager to manage the delivery of the monthly content to members. That content may be in a print newsletter and CD, membership sites, teleconference call done by the author or the software application the member is using. In addition you will work with the Product Member to be driving more members into the program via numerous promotion tactics.

You will monitor key metrics related to retention and implementing tactics to always be improving those metrics so members stay longer.

You will also oversee the wholesale program where each continuity program is offered to other website owners on a wholesale basis.

 
Responsibilities:

Ø      Manage all aspects of monthly continuity programs including content creation, duplication, shipping, etc.

Ø      Have ability to create content on your own (emails, forum posts, short reports, recorded interviews, product summaries) in addition to working with the main content provider who provides the normal monthly content.

Ø      Work with a team to coordinate each task

Ø      Responsible for meeting deadlines

Ø      Identify the key elements to make a continuity program attractive to first time buyers

Ø      Provide an ever growing list of key elements and tactics that compel customer to remain with the continuity program

Ø      Identify key ways to recapture people who have cancelled the continuity program.

Ø      Document the processes for regularly meeting the continuity requirements such as a monthly newsletter, CD, teleconference call, fresh content on the membership site, etc.

Ø      Put tracking in place to constantly monitor outcomes and work on improving them by split testing combinations of continuity elements.

Ø      Provide regular reporting of each step on each continuity program such as signups, renewal rates, levels of continuity, retention rates, lifetime value of each trial member.

Ø      Maintain the highest quality and highest perceived value for each element in the continuity program

Ø      Manage each of the vendors and outsourced talent

Key performance indicators are:

Ø      Number of people signing up as a percentage viewing the offer

Ø      Number of people renewing the first time on a forced continuity situation

Ø      Number of people renewing on the second month

Ø      Lifetime value of the customer

Ø      Retention on a month by month basis

Ø      Recapture percentage for those who have dropped the program
