Affiliate Manager

The position of Affiliate Marketing Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our affiliates. You need to effectively recruit, manage, train, motivate, support and monitor Nitro Marketing’s Affiliates to help grow sales.

The qualifying candidate is responsible for the Affiliate Marketing program management using an in-house Affiliate Marketing system to effectively recruit, manage, support and monitor program affiliates for targeted lead generation marketing programs, ensuring growth and mutual success.

 
Responsibilities:

Ø      Actively search out and recruit new affiliates into the program who have promotional assets (high traffic website, responsive email lists, affiliate marketing expertise) and assist them in integrating promotions into those assets.

Ø      Identify performing affiliates and build a strong relationship with those affiliates.

Ø      Identify underperforming affiliates and assist them in better integrating promotions into their assets while building a strong relationship with them.

Ø      Provide, at least monthly, a new promotion for affiliates to use.

Ø      Attend relevant seminars and conferences to meet new potential affiliates and strengthen relationships with current ones.

Ø      Assist with product launches to rally affiliates around the promotion, find key marketing partners who can produce exceptional results and work with affiliates and marketing partners to maximize their promotional efforts.

Ø      Keep the affiliate resource center updated with marketing tools for each product.

Ø      Work closely with other team members to accomplish overall company goals and objectives.

Ø      Provide regular weekly training for affiliates.

Ø      Monitor all key stats to make sure the program is reaching or exceeding goals and objectives, identify areas of opportunity and provide regular reports.
