The Perfect Niche Process Part 1

At our live events, in the forums and when talking to people trying to get started online…

The very first problem people have is picking a niche. And the truth is, until you pick a niche there is NOTHING else you can do.

That's why I developed The Perfect Niche Process ™

Normally, this is only available to customers of our products. However I really want to help you get unstuck in this area, that's why I'm giving you this training for free today.

It's a 2-part training series, part 1 is today, and part 2 is coming next week.

That Gives You A Full-Time Online Income"

Would you consider Italian Property as a niche…selling properties…i need to find an entry product…gain trust then convert buyers to the big buy… the house….any ideas ???

Sure hope I am here for part 2.

To Italyproperty - how about creating an ebook of pros and cons for buying Italian properties and offer it on a squeeze page with a video showing travel to Italian villas. This way you can build a list of interested people whom you can call later about showing and buying physical properties.

You can of course pursue showing ads (paid to click) or other products that are related to Italian properties - travel brochures, books, tickets, wines, clothing, etc.

Many examples exists on the internet. Mine is at http://www.dba2020.us

Kevin, I really appreciate those great videos you put up. They are not just fluff in order to sell something, they are full of really good content. Thanks!

Kevin,

Thanks.

The decision matrix is a technique we teach in our Management program. I hadn't thought of using it to identify my niche "sweet spot."

Good stuff. I guess I better get busy using "proven niche markets".

Warmest regards

A sample with pictures and words is easier to remember the details.

Kevin,

Once again you have over-delivered on what you said you would do.
You explain and teach a whole lot more in this video than just
determining the perfect niche.

Thanks!

Thanks Kevin, that was a useful video
I'll have to try this on myself and find out what I really
want to market, insted of the shotgun approach I'm currently using.

Kevin,

I've been hearing and reading about you probably since you first started with Matt. I know you would not remember me since I've never had enough $$$ to invest in any of "you guys'" product(s).

Well, I guess it's a "mindset" I need to get over… Does the phrase, "How can I soar with eagles when I'm surrounded only by Turkeys", ring a bell?

Fact is, I just can't seem to change my inner thoughts to get above living in "survival mode". It seems everyone I'm associated with has the "work for a living mode" stuck in their head… I can't afford (financially), at present, to change my (outward) environment - any clues?

Yeah, I can picture my own custom built Log Home somewhere in the mountains with a stream/brook/river flowing nearby and having a beautiful view of a Fresh Water lake down the hill; along with some more mountains on the other side of that…

I can visualize a nice (but not really expensive) four wheel drive vehicle getting me to and from "civilization" and "home"…

And then there's all of those "critters" that supply things like eggs, milk, meat and a nice "manageable" garden that just seem to be calling me there.

I feel so inadequate at present because I just don't seem to have the "time" to do the things I could do in my own back yard that would "lead" to that reality. The state of the (outer) economy isn't helping much, either.

I have the knowledge. I have the "books". I have the desire. But, it just seems that "LIFE" just keeps rearing its head and telling me "I need to get a J.O.B." - and, we all know what that means!?!

Well, there aren't a lot of choices "out there"….

So, for the umpteenth millionth time, I'm looking to the Internet.

I think I've finally come up with an idea for my own site and I'm not going to go into detail here - mainly because I really don't want to watch it get "snatched up" by someone else (like a few of my other ideas have been) and lose my "Inspiration" once again…

But, I will say this, it has to do with everything I've been exposed to concerning The Law of Attraction and my own personal experiences with it - even before I knew that was what it was called… That's where I'd like to start with my product/project.

So, if there is anyone reading this who feels philanthropic (enough to hear my ideas), my finished (online) product/project has to do with helping to keep the planet from "going under" on an individual/personal level…

I'm sure that Kevin and the "crew" will be able to check their "Servers" or whatever, to provide my contact info to any legitimate interested parties.

But, I must say this, I am basically "flying under the radar" even as I type this because all of my friends and family are the biggest "naysayers" when it comes to legitimately making money online.

Personally, I don't really care who else knows that I can't find "work" that pays enough to take care of the late fees on top of the late bills. I firmly believe that a "world-wide" market is more profitable than a local "J.O.B." ever could be…

Now that I've used up everyone's valuable time in reading this, I'm going to get back into studying this material (once again) and see if I can't keep my (Spiritual) head above water and make a little more progress…

Thanks guys for making this available - and, even though I've got to be a little "underground" about my studies, rest assured, I'll get through it - maybe sooner if I find an "interested party"!

Again, thanks!!!

God bless you Kevin. I just signed up because I'm not overwhelmed anymore. I know exactly who my target niche is. I have complete confidence I can monetize my website now.

Hi Kevin.
I honestly would never have expected, that a guy sitting on the complete other side of the world, can describe me, and have the same desperate feeling as I have.
I think I have gone trough more or less the same process as You have.
Out of desperation I finally got round to develop a website but if you go there you'll see it's not much–I don't know how to fix it and even if somebody can help me I have no money to fix it
Lets team up and maybe via the email we can encourage each other.

Hi,

Just to clarify the previous comment, in case you're reading this :D…

The standing still of the battle/war was because part of me want to stick to "if you truly want to help others, do not expect anything in return"… and part of me want to accept and appreciate the Tall Trees for coming to see me/introduce me to Kevin & Don :D…

And the good news is this war is predicted to be over :P… The reason: The Tall Trees thought I was going to FTOL event in Dallas, but I'm actually going to the EOE event and won't arrive in Dallas until June 5th :D… So they probably won't have the chance to introduce me and I'll be able to keep the cred true :P.

So, my dilemma/internal battle is almost over… until the days pass :D… (Of course, I do appreciate their intention of coming to Texas to help me… It's just that I'm afraid to err from my own doctrine, "if you truly want to help others, do not expect anything in return" :).

Anyway, now I'll try my best to create a really good proposal so you can hire/work with me :D. (It will not require more work from you, i.e. I'll do most of the work/reasoning for hiring me and listing tasks of what I can do to help you => after you let me do Processes Mapping of all your business processes => so I can learn more about your business and see/create a list of stuffs on where I can help your business :).

Shoot… Library is closing :D… Can't… think anymore…
We'll see what happen in Texas :D.

Howdie Kevin et al.,

Thank you for reading this :D… I just want to let you know that I'll probably send the Proposal after the EE event, because you'd probably like to focus 100% on the event and the attendees :D…

And besides, I'll be in Texas until June 27th… So, hopefully, we can get everything taken care of by then (e.g. reading, paper work, etc. :).

Best regards,

~ Minh Tri | Mint Tree ~
P.S. I'm excited for today's event!… Well, naturally I'm usually very carefree …and laugh a lot… but when required/when others are involved, I'll probably be able to control myself… ahahah…

Anyway, see you at the event!!!

The niche as always is the key, man I have spent to many hours trying to find products and services that sell. Its usually the ones you dont expect that do the best.

Thanks for this helpful advice! A niche is the key to success for any business, but a niche can sometimes be difficult for some business owners to choose. With a niche, businesses can target customers much more easily and, therefore, perfect their marketing strategy. Business cards, brochure printing designs, and other marketing materials can be created with the specific niche and customer in mind.
