My Primary Takeaway From Video Was That You Reach Your dreams By Beleaving In Yourself And Being Willing To Face Your Fears Which Is Usually Taking The Road That Scares and challenges you

There is hope.

I have been caught up in making the "quick buck" online while in the back of my mind I know my wife and I should be building a business we love. A business that can provide us with a living for the long-term and the lifestyle we want today.

The hope comes from seeing someone(s) with a proven system that can "teach" others to do what they have done.

I am really, really tired of letting myself get caught up in the latest hype and really, really ready to build a real business.

My two biggest takaways from the first video were;
1)Right now is as bad as it will get for me and my business.
2)Build a business,not an income.

I have actually been very incouraged with the way things have been progressing resently, but I must admit that I have been focused primarily on building an income. Like everybody else I have bills and obligations and I believe an income is important. I guess I'm going to find out the major differences between the Two.

Greatest takeaway from 1st video is something I heard before but needed reminding of - Build a Business not a Job!

This has come to me at the right time, just when I was thinking of starting an online business and all I've been getting so far is information overload.

I have two main take home messages from video 1:
- The attraction factor which gave me hope that in time I will get to my results
- The 2 paths - I've just left my job and started a business and it's way out of my knowledge, experience and comfort zone. Sometimes I feel like going back to work (and a reliable paycheck) and that's normally when things are going a bit hard in the business.

The biggest takeaway for me from video 1 in the Nitro blueprint system is "the experience factor". I've ended up in procrastination and self-sabotage just because I thought success in internet marketing was a do-or-die matter, it had to be perfect the first time I've done it, and I was too scared and too much of a perfectionist to do anything today, and improve tomorrow based on what I learn. Now that I understand that it is more about learning and taking action and gaining experience, I felt much more compelled to take action and go for it. And more, as long as I keep this attitude, and go forward, I feel there is no room for "failure", I can only succeed, and this gives me great confidence…

(1) only take advice from people who walk their talk

(2) build a business that lasts for the long term, don't just build an income

(3) my present results and/or situation does not matter, what matters is where I want to go

(4) the only thing that separates the results I'm getting from somebody who's very successful is the difference in actions and experiences gone through and gained

(5) today is the worst it is ever going to be because I can get better through focusing on taking the right actions to gain the necessary experience to get to where I want to go

Everything was enlightening to me; I have been buying programs and systems on the web to help me build and launch a successful web based business and there is always something missing so I just get more confused. Your number 1 video is a real eye opener for me being a total newbie at this stuff.

Action is required to achieve success in any business. Although action is required, you must have a clear, concise path or blueprint to achieve the desired results in any business.

Fear of the unknown is what keeps most people from pursuing the new path one needs to follow to achieve success in online marketing. Too many of us will stay with the easy comfortable path, even if we don't get the results we are seeking, and fail to achieve our desired results.

I've had some good takeaways from this video but still anxious to see more. i have been inundated with products and solutions for some time now, each one promising to make everything clear, and it's had quite the opposite effect. I trust these guys at Nitro, and looking forward to hearing more.

My biggest take aways were the following:

1) Law of Association. Why try and reinvent the wheel when I can associate with others in this industry who have already been where I want to go.

2) Today is the worst I'll be as long as I follow the system (Blueprint) and learn from others mistakes and successes. My learning curve will be compressed so I won't have to be "bad enough for too long!"

3) The philosophies in the movie will allow me to EARN while I LEARN and do it while I Love it.

The biggest take aways I got was to take a different path, to take action and learn the right way of building your business.

To follow a system and build a lasting business that will continue to grow and provide you with a residual income.

In life we are all presented with "new paths" and one does chose which path to go on. Either by default or by choice. For some, the new path is a novelty and is trodden on for a very short time. Then that person returns to “Old Path” , However not without consequences, because in life the old path usually equals “more of the same old stuff” whereas the new path offers “hope” of new information that, “if one stays on this path” it will lead to a better life by choice instead of luck. So if one does the same old things then one can expect the same old things in life, if one want new thing , then one need to do new things to achieve that goal. This path needs a leader that can guide us along. Kevin is the man.

As I watched this Video #1 and you were going through the different points, I couldn't help but think that yes, you are right when you say that success will be there if you can begin with these points:

Love what you are doing
Get rid of your fears and take on the new path
Be willing to face the unknown.

However, as I listen to what happened to you, three things stood out:
1. When you attended that conference, you already knew quite a bit about internet marketing, so terms, expression, certain tactics etc. you already knew and understood
2. (and this is the biggie) You met someone who knew more about certain things than you did, someone who was willing to keep in contact with you, someone who was willing to share not only his knowledge but also his list.
(How did you manage to make and keep the contact? At these conferences many of us can meet only people who are at the same level as we are, so how can we help each other to the next level?)

3. You were willing to listen, learn, and take the new path because you saw THE BIG PICTURE.
Somehow, at this conference, you were able to grasp that the only difference between the person on stage and you was "experience" and you were going to get this experience … and you did!

That was the beginning of your new path.

My takeaways from video # 1 are:

I should stop looking for the quick path to riches and focus on learning how to build a foundation onto which I can develope a long-term business I will enjoy. I know this, but I continue to ignore the reality of it.

I need a step-by-step blueprint laid out for me by someone who has been where I am and is now near where I desire to be.

My take away from the video are eliminating procrastination, how to have a business you love doing and that it is as simple as following the 10 steps that will be laid out.

I have a habit of over analyzing everything so in changing my mindset to just following the steps and incrementally moving forward will get me to where I need to be.

I am a single parent and my daughter will be entering a 4 year collage next year. I have nothing saved to help her and she is studying to be a corner. In building a business I love will not only help her to fulfill her dreams but will also help me with mine. To see her go to college and ultimately do something she loves.

I agree with your thoughts covered today and I can't wait for the next video.

I wish I would have learned at birth that my comfort zone would equal my broke zone.

Obviously the biggest takeaway for me is to be open, willing, and intentional about "taking the new path"!

During the audio commentary I drifted in several directions. My primary out take was on the choices we make. And from there the stream branches in many directions.

I'll be returning to the states in a few weeks and am looking forward to picking up where I left off in the development of my web enabled business.

Many choices will present themselves, and I already know that this is the worst it can be. My success will be driven by those choices I make.

The message to me was clear and simpley this:
To get what you really want from an on-line business is to be prepared to walk your talk and believe in achieving what may seem impoosible,and dont quit till you have reached that goal…

It is so right what you said about the old path and the new path, it is so difficult to leave this "safe path" and go into the unknown, even though you know that it is the only door out of the box.
I am more than ready now to take that new path. We have only one life, let's live it.

I guess the take from the 1st vid is along these lines - keep treading the path always trodden & you get the same results = insanity. Take a new path, a new experince = manitain your sanity. It is all about being aware of new ways & taken the action along a new path

WOW, what can I say.

Well, there are many take aways already and the videos just began. The first thing is to look at my online venture as a business, not a bunch of disconnected projects focused on making money.

This was something that I came to realize in other businesses, but for some reason, wasn't clicking once I started online a few months back.

The next big one was the breakdown of projects into MUNCHIES. It is easy to get overwhelmed with so many tasks to start a website, while at the same time, trying to read more and watch more videos to learn more. All those things are distractions at that moment.

So, although you didn't really talk about it straight on, my other takeaway was that it is okay to learn those things, but to separate time to learn and time to get to work!

It almost felt like I was being productive from learning even though nothing really got accomplished to bring me closer to the goal.

I would learn, but that doesn't take the place of implementation.

This has been great so far, and am looking forward to more videos.

Take the new path. The only difference between me and others is experience. they have more of it than I do but it is easy to obtain… by doing instead of reading about doing but actually doing and gaining the experience

It really is all about focus! Along with a step by step system to get it all done.

Many of us have hacked away at this for a good while, just going in circles and chasing our tails. With focus and a road map, I can see that you get where you want to go with methodical ease.

Taking focused action with the right map that has a complete set of steps, the picture becomes clear and a business is built in the end.

That's my take away from the videos so far.

I'm hopeful and skeptical at the same time. I've been burned many times with promises of building an internet business from scratch and making lots of money. But there was always something missing. The steps weren't outlined clearly. Or we needed to dole out lots more money to get the business going. Empty promises.

Even though I'm hopeful that this is different. I also not sure I could afford something this comprehensive

I spent an extremely frustrating day yesterday trying to set up a payment method for my digital products. I have procrastinated getting them up and running for two years now. It felt like banging my head against a brick wall, painful and unproductive!
What your first video gave me was a feeling of hope. That is a great antidote for the bruised head! You said that today is the worst day. Great, let me get that out of the way and it will only get better. One structured step at a time.

The greatest take-aways I got from this second video are:

*Munchies: Divide a big goal to small steps and focus on one of them till completion.

*Building a business:
*Not as an affiliate, but the product owner
*No fad, long-term success
*Do what you love
*For instant cash, be good at one part of marketing and get paid for it.

The videos so far have opened my eyes to the fact that you really need a proven plan or as you call it a "BluePrint" to focus on and guide you along the New and Scary Path.

I've been flitting from one thing to another trying to take advice from too many sources and trying lots of different things, creating many websites in several different niches, without any great success.

My main takeaway from your videos so far is to focus on building a business that you Love and then follow a plan or Blueprint, breaking down the most important, most productive actions into smaller "munchies", then focusing on completing each "munchie" until the Core Productive Action Step is completed, before moving on to the next step.

Great little videos! I'm looking forward to the next set and your blueprint.

How much will this blueprint cost? Hope it won't be overpriced.

Experience Factor hits the bulleye! Yes. It's my choice every moment whether I do the uncomfortable or not. And change only happens by doing uncomfortable. As you shared, the more you do it the easier it becomes.

biggest take away from #2 - is either your good at the backend (writing) or your good at the front end (selling)and there are ways to be successful at either. This is great news since selling scares me.

It sounds like I can use this blueprint system on my present niche website which helps folks cure their Maytag Neptune washers of an expensive defect from Maytag if not fixed before it fails. I want to kick up my offerings a bit with the Nitro Blueprint System!

Great new way to present your 10 in 90 info! I wanted to stick with it back then, but the dates for the next steps got irregular and further apart, and I lost my momentum. Nevertheless, Youre back and Ive returned because I truly believe in what you are teaching and I havent found a better mentor than you guys! All the big name gurus offer the "Ultimate Solution to Online Marketing" with super info, but have such big ticket pricetags that beginners are overwhelmed by info overload and price! Your way of presenting the same material is much less scary for our way down the new path and hopefully in a price category that those of us who havent yet made the big bucks or residual income can afford.
My main takeaways up til now have been
1. The only difference is the "experience".
2. Do what you love.
3. Get out of the comfort zone and choose the less travelled path if you want to change your results.
4. …and for me probably the most important concept…Make a business vs. an income

And results are great! no, let me correct, awesome! This is so absolutely fantastic. I had much more results today as I had yesterday, and I guess I'm just starting!

As you said in yesterday's video: Now is the most difficult moment. I defenitely agree. And THAT's an enormous insight! And great to live life by.

I would love a shortcut to replacement income!

You must DECIDE to follow the yellow brick road, and you must have the determination to stay on the road no matter how difficult it becomes,or else you're never gonna meet the Wizard. With Nitro Blueprint it's like you will have your own special guide telling you all the right turns to take and special shortcuts. The things you will experience and learn on your journey down the road will help you build your business and not just get a quick fleeting buck. The road is waiting and I can't wait to start walking.

Which address 2 of my main stumbling blocks. Just the thought of building a business from scratch stresses me. Plus the belief that it has to be perfect before going online.

So these concerns seem to be covered and I also like how you can map out a game plan to have the business start small and grow. The fill in the boxes is a great visual to help accomplish this.

My View on Video 1 and 2

***Are You Sure “A New Path” is the answer?**

Taking on a New Path may seems to be the obvious answer, but if you don't change your inner perception, you can be caught in the vicious cycle of thinking that there is always another "better" new path to take? I wonder how many of you have this "issue"? I know it for sure because I myself had struggled with this issue for years.

How many times have you made yourself to believe that "this is my big break"? That this "system" will be my best option? And when you plunge in, you find all kind of reasons to get out!

Maybe is because it did not live up to what it’s promised
Maybe there is some hidden agenda that they did not informed you, or maybe is this…you bump across something else that makes you feels ”This other system to work better.”?

Don’t get me wrong here, but if you are lure into a business or anything in life by the wrong person or for the wrong reason, even the best business opportunity or system will turn out to be a complete useless piece of trash!

And the only way to avoid such mistake is this…

The New Path is never the “Nitro Blue Print” system, is never about any system, programs…etc you saw roaming round the entire Internet! The New Path is that “Dream Life Style ” you aspired to have! The “Nitro Blue Print” system is simply a way to help you achieve that Life Style in a well-planned, well-organized and well-executed way.

And what is the Life Style? Owning Your Own Online Business! And that bring us to my view on Video 2—Build a business not an income!

I understand a lot of people venture into the Internet in the worst timing if all. Some were even in a pretty desperate financial situations, that’s when all your decision were made though only one and one reason alone…
“How much and How fast can I earn?”
And this is a very very Dangerous Situation you are in if you are like that!

I couldn’t agree more on Video 2. If you only need an income, get a job, get 2 jobs don’t spend more than you earn, draw up a saving plan and invest in mutual fund or something like that when you can afford to.

But like I said earlier on, “Nitro Blue Print” system is simply a way to help you Build Your Online Business in a well-planned, well-organized and well-executed way. I have been following the Nitro Guys for almost 5 years now, I known them during worst time of my life where everything is falling apart. They had always been an inspiration for me to keep my “dream” alive. I mean this Guys are for real,they had given enough value, I mean way much more value through this Videos than most “craps” out there.

You don’t have to purchase anything from them if you could not afford to. But if you can, you very well do, but never with a “buying” mentality, rather, purchase their products with a “ learning investment” and “business building” mindset.
Some final words and encouragement to all of you who is still struggling on your Internet business venture….

(1) Don’t give up too soon, but don’t hold on too long either.
(2) Letting Go never means Giving Up!
(3) Business , I mean any business is an ongoing process.

My big take away for video 3 is the boxes!

Filling in the empty boxes with all the steps for each and the order to fill them is awesome. Simply fill in the boxes and have a complete business when you're done. Very cool indeed.

Also the part about perfection. I completely agree with this, we all want to put our best foot forward. By putting a product out on the Internet, you expose yourself to the world. I think that's a big reason why most everyone wants it to be perfect and get stuck on that step!

I have really enjoyed listening to these concepts. I had heard some of this in one of Joe Vitale's ebooks I bought, but this has crystalized it more for me. The empty box principle where I can get creative and fill them with the plans and products I want was wonderful. The major piece for me though was being "Just good enough" instead of waiting until everything is perfect. I have been waiting for everything to be perfect until I finally decided after listeniing, that I needed to jump in and start - so I started a blog with my thoughts on being in "The Mystery Spot" and needing to be led out. It appears that this Nitro Blueprint is attempting to do just that. I talk about being an assistive technology specialist to help unlock the needs of disabled and special needs children. I feel like one of these kids in this online enterprise arena. I am encouraged and want to move into the unfamiliar and make it familiar!

Yesterday we had a planning meeting with my business partners and I shared the MUNCHIES with them and we used the system to do our planning for December. It worked so well that I'm sure we'll now use it on a regular basis.

The empty box principle in video 3 makes a lot of sense to me and I can't wait to have the 10 steps explained. Most of all, I learnt today not to try and make the perfect business before launching it, but to just start and build the business as I learn more and more from my customers. While I'm quite sceptical about the actual earnings from the cable guy example, I'm getting a lot of information that is helping me make positive changes.

To be hoest, I have listened to many audios and videos over the past couple of years and there are some really good ones and there are some very ba ones - this series so far has been excellent!
It is clear, consise and very easy to follow. Personally I think that "Dont be perfect - Just good enough!" is the thing that got me most as I have always wanted to get things just right, I have done so all through my life and alot of times I do get it perfect but many times I just cant get it perfect - which has always caused me a lot of frustration and stress. So thank you for sharing that with me. The other thing I found very good is the "Core Activity Principle" - This to me was also very helpful as it is very difficult to juggle many things and get them done well, but if you focus on one main task you actually do finish it and you can go on to the next task. I used to have a To do list every morning, but for whatever reason it fell by the wayside - I am now back on it again:)

You can stay in your flow and focus on what you love to do the most.
You don't have to create your own product.
Break down everything into small steps and focus on core activities.

To be frank with you I am one of those people who has bought almost every concievable product/ebook out there and they have never shown the bigger picture.

1. Spent a fortune on products that don't give the full story and the promised results. Often called myself the "dumbest asshole on the net"! Glad to hear someone say its not entirely my fault.

2. Also realised that my lack of focus and constant dive into the next "latest and greatest" fad stemmed from an urgent need to instantly generate some quick cash - just an extra $1000 per month would balance the books and make a dramatic change to my life!

But then they didn't deliver…

This video that I have listened to is like a breath of fresh air! I have spent myself into a really negative situation and have not succeeded in any respect.
What I have taken away from this so far is a really clear step-by-step method for building a business.
After laboring through jobs that I hate I am looking for a way to do what I want, not what others want.
Unless there is a horrile un-doable money fee that I can't handle, I am ready to actually DO something I can actually afford.

My biggest take away from Vid #3? I've spent $97 on info products that didn't come close to giving me in value what you guys just gave me for FREE lol.

I do network marketing for a living and you guys hit it on the head, Success IS in your head and you have to follow through in the process if you want the results of the cable guy!

Also it was fantastic to know we don't have to have ALL of the boxes mastered immediately to make over $25,000 a month. This was something that inspired me GREATLY.

A system that will keep anyone from spinning in place. All the guru tips and tricks have a way of getting people trying to learn jumping from one thing to the next.

What I liked so much about your system is that it will allow newbies to keep things in perspective.

For example if a new tool comes out that performs amazing tasks in Keyword Research your empty box diagram shows them just how small that really is. It's not a new business or new business model as is often claimed but simply a new tool.

How much time needs to be delegated to learning some new tool or trick or tip can easily be seen by looking at where it would fit on your empty box diagram.

Anything that can help people keep from being overwhelmed in this business is very important. While it is true that those of you who started in 1999 blazed new trails and didn't have tools we take for granted you had the opportunity to learn about them slowly and at a time when their was no hype.

However, people who come to the promised land today are overwhelmed with information overload from the legitimate gurus let alone the things you pointed out in your dirty laundry report.

Nice work. Finally something that is part of the solution to the information overload that plagues this industry.

What I took away from this is that it is easier than I think to sell your own product. I've always thought it to be too difficult so I never really tried. I see so many people doing it day after day who have much less technical and/or business knowledge than I do.

The truth is, I can do this probably more easily than most people I know and I really need to get started.

I like the call to action that you emphasize in the video and the munchie principle. Breaking down the tasks to get to an effective website and make money is important to me. Also, knowing that I can create a simple product based on a skill that I know and can share with others is a strong motivator to getting started.

The best thing for me so far is that I won't have to keep wandering in the desert wondering which way to go with all the information and product overload I've been experiencing. I can have my hand held step by step, which will end the procrastination as I will know which steps to take and in which order.

In order to go from Idea to Income three things must happen and in the interest of brevity I will bullet point them because each could be talked about for hours.

1. You have to have the right stuff, meaning you must have the right mindset; it is more about what is in your head than your talent. Your thoughts will create your outcome.

2. You must develop a system and process for accomplishing your goals. Your empty box system illustrates this very well.

3. You must take action. It’s not about being totally prepared and perfect but without the action nothing happens.

The key to success is action. Most of us have good ideas, and most of us know what we want to some extent but few take action. Action is usually the missing link.

Idea——>Action————>Results

And for action to take place you must have the right mindset and systems in place to make it happen.

In short it is really a simple system but so very hard to implement without help. You are not the key to many successful entrepreneurs with your help.

My biggest take away from video #2 is the act or building a business. Every time I hear this concept I want to hear more, because It is one thing to build or advertise a product and earn money on the short side, But Building a sustainable business is a lot more intriguing to just making a little bit here and there.

There are dozens of 'Gurus' trying to teach all of the techniques they've learned over years in one major braindump. No wonder so many people fail to make use of what they are told. First you need to make a clear, easy to understand and follow "written down" plan. This plan needs to cover everything that you intend to make happen in your business, from the very near term to the middle term and finally in the long term and once you have it all mapped out you need to take massive action and never stop until you have reached each of your short, medium and long term goals.

What I looked and detected in abundance was "SINCERETY".

Video #2 takes one to the next step in the process of developing an online business. Especially one that we can love to do and be a part of. I cannot wait for Video #3.

The Blueprint takes much of what I already know and puts it into a real business plan with step-by-step implementation and planning. It is something I have not seen from the other systems out there. And as a true system it looks like I will be able to apply it to many different types of businesses. I see where I can take some dusty products out of folders in my computer and really put them to better use making money - once I see the rest of these videos!

This is beautiful, it stimulates "EXPANSION". Thank You

My biggest takeaway in Video 2 was about learning one area only and becoming really good at that in order to trade time for money. Brilliantly simple, but I hadn't seen it like that, as I was more concerned with getting everything right. It does feel like a weight off my shoulders.

I am so tired, tired, tired - worn down and confused (& going broke!) by soooooo many so-called "best", "complete", "easy", "secret", "free", etc. etc. "Plans" that claim to "make money without spending a fortune", "guaranteed results", "fast or instant results" - "no experience needed", questionable "testimonials", programs or whatever that only lead you to more and more links for more and more money and time in getting nowhere.
Call me gullible, crazy or whatever but I won't give up (getting close though). I know I can have a profitable online business with the "right" help.
But I'm in such a spin going from one thing to the next to the next and never being able to finish anything or feel the least bit productive.
I'm willing to give this program what may be my last ditch shot - due in part to the one thing that stood out for me (my take away) - "Make Progress, Not Perfection"!
I think I've jumped from one thing to another in part because of the many "incomplete" systems that derail my focus and keep me thinking there's something else I have to learn before learning or implementing whatever system, program, plan I'm currently reading/learning - it's like never being able to find that "first" step. Instead, it's always 1 or 2 steps forward and a "never ending" line of steps back!!
I sure hope this one is the one that is complete enough to help me make some progress and that I'll be able to afford!!!

Would a general contractor build a house without the blueprint? No. Why would anyone want to attempt to build a business without a plan? They shouldn't. The principle of the Empty Boxes proposes the same concept as is used in many large projects. For building a house, you start with the foundation and then build the frame. Here you determine where to dig the hole (pick your market) and then pour the foundation (create you business Map), then build the frame (your product). The "Takeaway" is that this is so simple because it is the primary approach for every successful endeavor.

I'm impressed with the simplified clarity of the ideas presented. My biggest takeaway is that what I'm being taught is elementary and not over my head, yet nevertheless INSPIRING. The presentation of the ideas takes me from FEAR to HOPE, from fear of the unknown to hope that it only requires taking one step after another until the goal is reached. I'm sure that my past procrastination has always been based in fear that I've "accepted", but your videos are telling me that I can "reach" for the scary place and find hope and help awaiting me there. The videos touch upon all my set-aside dreams and speak directly TO them, which injects new energy into them. Like you Keven, I attended Carl Galetti's Internet Marketing Super Conference in Las Vegas this year and it showed me that I had been taking the 'hobby' path to my business. Meeting Brad Fallon and Shawn Casey gave me the light that I needed.
I'm so glad that you are allowing others to takeaway the information that it took me so long to learn on my own. You make it easy to understand(you're easy on the ears) but get to the point quickly. It's okay to make mistakes, which I wasn't accustomed to in my current position. There are different blueprints to a successful business. What I'm taking away with me is that you do have the answer that so many have struggled to find. What's the figure? 95% failure rate. I believe that the Nitro Blueprint IS the pathway to success with an online business.

Its great listening and watching your first video. I got this message from your video — NO PAIN NO GAIN. And I like it. And also I got this idea that you guys are RICH TEACHERS. Not just the Rich alone nor the Teacher alone. But RICH TEACHERS.

I dont like just the teachers in this internet business who would say things without doing it themselves, nor do I like just the rich who just would like to make money selling cheap products. But from your first video as I said earlier you guys are Rich and Teachers. What I meant actually here by the word Rich is that you guys already made huge amounts of money using Internet.

Finally what I would like to conclude here about your first video is that I got this notion that the price of your product is going to be a real affordable by the starter, like a total of $10.00 (Ten dollars) only.

And if it will be a subscription product, it will be like 5 bucks a month, which I think would be a fair price for the starter.

And besides, you guys are already rich and you guys are here to teach people and teachers dont crave for hiking the price of their product.

Kamrul here again. The new things that I learned from your second video are Munchies and Core Activity Principle that you talked about. With these two inter-related ideas now I hope I would be able to focus on my problem and thus can go one step forward solving that given prob.

Furthermore, I am a bit sceptical about your "No Cost" concept. As a matter of fact there is substantial cost involved in creating Information Products. These cost can be sub-categorised as Overheads and Depreciations. As for example: A percon who is writing an E-Book requires to pay rents and pay bills for months before he/she can complete the E-Book, and these cost can be called as Overheads. Again, during the creation of the E-book, one or two of his equipment can get short circuited and thus he has to buy another set of equipment and these costs can be said as depreciation. Therefore according to me the "NO COST" thing dont exist anymore.

Focused action. I've been an action taker but not a "focused action taker" I really liked the part about focusing on the CORE tasks. I've had a habit of focusing on tasks that really aren't needed until later. The empty boxes have really helped me. I know now that I have to quit putting off adding an opt in box to my site and start building my list.I have had remarks that people like my content. You would think I would have put two and two together to get the box on there to give people a chance to receive more of what they like. Duh! I guess I just needed that push and that's the biggest thing I have taken away from this so far. From here out I will be much more focussed on the important things. One step at a time.

I have been staying up all night many nights now for over a year. What you're saying and offering sounds to good to be true. I need blueprints that truly can work for the newbie, financially strapped newbie at that. I can follow directions and certainly am going to try to keep up.

That has been my problem so far. I get so far in a step-by-step system and do not know how to do the next step because something has been omitted that I have not yet learned. For instance, auto-responder?

currently I'm a computer systems design engineer working in the b2b marketing area of a large manufacturing firm having 30,000 plus employees. My responsibilities include the design and implementation of large scale data warehouse systems.

While this work is rewarding, in the end its just a job that consumes an enormous amount of my precious time strictly for the benefit of others.

I also own an online service business, and sell it on an annually renewable basis. I currently have about 150 contracts in place, and each contract is producing nice profits annually for this business.

In the past several months, I have been looking into direct marketing as a means of increasing this business and/or going into something completely new and exciting - as delivering an online service happens to look more like a job than a profit center.

As you can imagine from my engineering background, my analytical responsibilities translate into some of my strongest assets. Using these analytical assets, I have, on my own, quickly discovered the situations you described in your dirty laundry report.

I also have discovered many of the methods mentioned in your 'What does a Nitro Blueprint System Business look like' diagram.

To be honest, I already could have saved myself a bundle of money, and precious time, by looking at your system first.

Your Blueprint definitely covers all the bases in record time - without the hype. I'm inspired and excited at the prospect of using this system as it will reduce significantly the precious time required to investigate, build and run an online marketing business, which is my only goal.

Imagine my surprise that your video loaded and played without the interminable pauses between sentences.

After watching this first video (I'm behind, as I've not been around all week),
I've already touched upon a very key ingredient for me. I've already learn to redirect some bad ingrained habits after going through the simpleology course, and now look at "proactive" in a new light, including previous issues with time management.
What struck me, though, as I listened to the call of being open to new paths, is that in order to pursue this new path, I have to be open to accepting an be open to a totally new paradigm.
As long as I, or anybody, remain in a paradigm that subconsciously tells you things like "this only can work 'this' way, or "things just aren't done like this, or "no one will ever buy into that" than a new path will only be followed for a short time, before backsliding onto the tried and followed old path. It's like water always finding its way back to ground where it becomes mud.
This maybe wasn't the explicit intent of the video, but it screamed at me from my inside as I was listening to you.

I pride myself on taking action. I have pursued at least three massive systems promising a successful internet business if I followed each of their blueprints. So by now, as you must imagine, I have a vast number of skills on the web — but no successful business, alas. How could I have missed the point so completely?

Could it be that some of us get the cart before the horse? We want to have a successful business. We place the verbs/work/emphasis in the wrong order. Having a business is the outcome, the third step. The first step is to BE, the second step is to DO, and the third step is to HAVE.

So I believe your plan will help us to free our confused/cluttered minds to BE businessmen/women. And you have taught us to DO without expecting perfection - just get 'er done! Take that action.

For the Videos. They have been indeed timely and opportune to my situation or path that I'm in now. You see my web domain that I put above is under contruction, even though is already registered at godaddy.com. But like most Internet entreprenours I have been flooded with do this or that and trying to be perfectionist since day 0 and that has got me stalled, paralized to say the least.

The two biggest take from your videos is that you got to have your core actions and do do and do and not just try to be perfectionist as if it was a life and death issue. And secondly that we should not just look for a quick fix but a long term business with a solid financial revenue.

The idea that the new path is scary and hard was a refreshing departure from the old "do nothing and get rich" pablum out there. This concept not only tells it like it really is, it also reveals the reason many people don't take action.

Day #2 video takeaway - To get big things done, one must first identify the core activity of a task and then break down that activity into smaller bite-size pieces that should be completed in sequence.

Day#3 video takeaway - To be successful at selling a product you must first know the market for that product then create a business plan using the proprietary Empty Box principle.

So far the Videos are great and succeed in creating hope for struggling marketers. I'll be most interested to see what "Price Tag" you will have on your system, when its released.

I've read many great sales letters, and seen tons of great product launches over the years, only to find some over the top Price Tag, that most beginning marketers can't afford, or aren't willing to gamble on.

You reputation and quality of internet marketing coaching in the past, tells me that the product will be a quality one… hopefully it will be fairly priced.

Big ups for this one!!!!!

Just finished Video 4. My biggest takeaway so far is the need to have a proper formula thats constantly improved, like shown so far. The simple boxes diagram should be printed out and posted up, as it so clearly shows what needs to be done. If a system isn't working out, look at that and see if something need improving, or if your idea is something that can actually work like this. Also, the videos really hit the nail on the head about key steps and being properly organized (the 2 email lists, etc). Finally, this has to be commended for actually discussing procrastination and getting over it. A lot of information products count on the buyer procrastinating using it, so they don't end up asking for a refund if it doesn't work out!

The most inspiring and helpful part of this video was the empty box, and by dent, the words of wisdom regarding perfection. When visualizing my internet business, I have felt I would need a completed, done and finished, "perfect" website and list of products to begin or launch. I would need all the content and graphics and bells and whistles for a stellar website, all up and running to be able to begin. The idea that I can begin "where I am" and fill in the boxes, working towards that goal is most helpful in getting the "perfection" monkey off my back and allowing me to take action right now, in this moment.

I have brought multiple products with information on building profits on the internet yet so far have never fully followed through with any of them and i kick myself for it every time, all with out truly knowing what my problem was, UNTIL NOW

My biggest take away from the videos is that i have been buying incomplete products, non of which offer me a full step by step guide FROM BEGINING TO END to build and maintain a whole online business,all the pieces of the puzzle in one place, from the mindset to have to the practical application

I am currently brainstorming on ideas that i have a personal interest in to earn money doing something that i love, it does'nt get better than that

I can't begin to tell you the impact the statement "You Don't Have to be Perfect - Just Good Enough" had on me.

I have spent the past 2 years reading rehashing and implementing sites, some with good success and others that we felt should be a slam dunk success fell falt on their face.

I have been looking for a blue print - a plan that lays out a business development plan that I can duplicate. I have always strove to build business models in what ever industry I am wngaged in that people can duplicate over-and-over again. So I am very pleased to see that you are releasing such a plan.

I want to thank you again for the time and effort placed on your product pre-launch, it is working well as viewed from the number of blog posts regarding it. The information has been very valuable and I will be waiting for the subsequent video release.

In a previous comment I noted that my favorite was the boxes!

Each of your videos fills in the boxes with mini road maps that break things down into neat little steps that serious people can do.

In fact your videos have some excellent points that are made. Such as the Good Enough for a product, doesn't have to be perfect! Great advice if you ask me.

Each video also includes a road map that would go in one of the boxes. The steps to a sales letter in the 4th videos is a great template for creating a winning sales letter (another box filled).

I like road maps and steps that are broken down into tasks that can be done without overloading or overwhelming things.

From the way you have presented these videos, it looks like your blueprint system has everything broken down and if followed, a real business will have been built in the end.

Bravo to you for finally putting it all together! Focus, Good Enough, Boxes, Steps, Maps, Blueprint, and of course ACTION.

Impressive stuff. After running around in circles for a couple of years, I found focus and took action to learn and master paid traffic. Now profits roll in on a regular basis! Focus plus Action turned things around for me.

This is incredibly valuable information. By offering your information as you have I am able to begin to take away the objectives I set out to focus on and begin to put a site map together so I can move forward even while I wait for video 5 to come out.

As a person that is tired of the rat race, I know that on-line is the liberation that I seek. Often times procrastination happens because we want something to be perfect. The statement "Don't be Perfect..Just Good Enough" is a liberating song to my heart and I have made a poster and hung it in my office.

I am working on creating multiple streams of income so often I get bogged down trying to get everything just right and it has cost me too much, in time, effort and ultimately money.

First and for most I appreciate you reviling whats worked for you in online marketing I will be using the Nitro Blue Print System. However let me offer some advice coming from a first time listener.
You evidently are making tons of money using your system right? Then why not pay for a professional voice person. Everyone has talent in certain areas. Kevin I hate to break it to you but this is not your talent. Please tell me that the course you are going to be releasing has a professional voice person. Don't get me wrong the information is priceless and I appreciate your effort but the delivery is terrible!!!

The rest I thought was very good. You are very explicit and don't hold back. But I am a novice so what do I know….:) I am one of those who needs cash today not tomorrow. I really want to share my ability to help clients overcome traumas and other problems in their lives that they have not been able to resolve for themselves. This I do very well, but have not generated clients through my website. Kevin, you need to employ someone who has some audio skills who can deliver a message without clicking the stop/start button every few sentences.

Your info is quite old. Overture for instance has not existed for almost 12 months. The link you gave to Overture has been dead for ages. It doesn't even redirect any more.

But, PLEASE get someone else to do the audio's!

Some great ideas in the Nitro Blueprint package, breaking down each part into manageable sections. And its all logical when I think about it. The proof will be in the detail, the examples, information and the tools to do the job. It has me excited to start! Ive already taken pen to paper and started a list on my interests, passions and skills and thinking about what possible niche market areas and customers would like to know what I know and information I can deliver. This is fast becoming my project for 2008 and I am impatient to get to the detail! Thanks again chaps.

The most important things I have got from this so far is to break things down into small tasks, focus on one at a time and you guys will show me what to do and what order to do it in. From what I can see, the only way someone could fail if they stick to your system is if they make some bad miscalculations in the choice of product at the outset. The best moment for me while watching your videos was when you mentioned The Empty Box Principle (so simple and effective… yet hardly used - till now!).
Right after that discovery i did sketch my Plan of Action (with all of the boxes in place), and i am sure that will end my frustration & overwhelm that I've been feeling for the past few months.

I have so far watched the first three Nirto Blueprint Videos and have gotten a lot out of them. I am a writer and have produced an Ebook that would help thousands of people who suffer from what I term as Unresolved abandonment issues. I tried to move it on a publication site however, that has gone to no avail. I took away from the first three videos that I can get someone to market my information and I think that would be my best avenue. I am not looking to get rich quick and maybe that is not the right attitude but a comfortable living would be great. A split of the profits would be fine for me. I just feel the need to get this information out.

Biggest takeaway is the fact that you cannot expect different results doing the same old things…if you want different results you must be willing to risk taking a "new path" which may be scary, but should not be so hard if you have the blueprint or map on hand.

I wanted to wait until I was just about finished with all the videos (have 1 left) to make my comments.

As a seasoned Internet marketer of over 4 years who runs several very successful businesses, I was of course skeptical about what I was going to see in these videos. I have seen all the snake oil salesmen come and go over the years, offering no more than empty promises.

Well, you really needed to be here to see the big smile on my face when I started watching your videos along with your basic "outline" of how to create a successful business. As a writer, I tend to be long winded, but for the sake of those here who are new to Internet marketing and truly need the help that the Nitromarketing system is promising you will get, I will say just this.

I have essentially been using the Nitro system for some time now. Yes, based on the outline I have seen, Kevin has pretty much hit the proverbial nail square on the head. This is what it takes to launch a successful business. I've been preaching this method to those who have sought my advice for some time now. I just haven't put it into this form, which I think is excellent and should provide a great learning tool to everyone who takes the time to use it.

The absolute biggest key to making this whole thing work is the very first one…

You MUST research your target market and make sure that you are creating a product that has a demand. If nobody wants it…you won't sell it. It's that simple.

The second biggest key is your ability to write. 99% of this business is communication, whether it be through your sales copy, autoresponder series, customer support emails, articles, or whatever. If you can't write…learn. If you can't do that…outsource.

The third biggest key is generating traffic. You can have the greatest looking web site on the planet…if nobody sees it - you're toast. I have no doubt that Kevin will provide you with the absolute best ways to generate traffic based on what I have seen so far.

And in case you're wondering, no, Kevin did NOT pay me off to write this. It is so rare that I find anything online these days in the "how to make money" market that is worth the paper it was printed on. But this appears to be the real deal.

Oh, and Kevin, should you decide that my comments are worthy of some kind of prize, please, give it to somebody who really can use it.

People, don't pass this up if you're really lost in the maze of "how do I make money on the Internet" misinformation. My gut tells me that this may just be the best thing that's come out in a long time.

The biggest thing I took form this was the idea of selling information and that I do have some information worth selling.
I currently work in a very nitch market, I drive rock star buses. It is a very difficult industry to break in to, but if you know what to do it is very easy work most of the time and great money. I could easily sell this information to aspiring drivers.

Gosh Darn It! or @#^&*#+… I did not have time to hear the first video until Friday - had to have been one of the worst days in a very long time. I don't usually have bad days. Been waiting for a couple of months for the offline business I work for to get financed, and I am very sorry to say two of the principals & friends have been unexpectedly very sick for a a couple of weeks; account passwords not working, the list gets boringly long.
Then I hear Kevin say "The Experience Factor … Right now, today, is the worst it's ever going to be (thank God), because it's only going to get better if you focus on gaining that experience to get to where you want to go …"

You know, Kevin's words really helped me felt better, and put my situation in perspective. I asked myself what can I do right now, today, to help others do what they need so they can also help me. And it's never a direct exchange - the Universe is mysterious that way - but things work out if you have a positive, mind, look for the best and take action.
A big takeaway this weekend - I wrote my first real sales letter - an offer to several groups of people to participate in a project, which may not materialize right now, will make it to the internet in some form; other markets swirled around the concept from talking with acquaintances; I outlined an ebook, and then started having better ideas for it; did my first Camtasia Intro-demo; and some problems simply turned out to be not problems, and so it continues.

So the best time to review this video for me was tonight!

My insight about the Nitro Blueprint group is the value to me of having personal support from Dan and Kevin for pursuing my own vision, even though it is not easy, and the encouragement of knowing there is a very clear, well-proven, step-by-step method that will lead to success as I follow it.

From video 3 I learned that a huge part of the business is the subscription, and that this is a huge part of building my business, for lasting success. My buisness should not be completely focused on the short term sell, it should also be focused on the longterm subscription and up selling as well as up selling to back end products. I am also thinking about having a deeper second level back end product to that requires you to go through the first level back end product to gain the needed knowledge to advance to the next level, of higher profits.

Thank you for your time and knowledge. It's nice to know successful people are willing to share their knowledge because of the good it does for others. I appreciate your time. WOW video 4 was amazing.
YOu totally eased my mind, I have been stumbling through the whole internet side of things for several weeks now, Your lay out was great I just wish you would have already given me a few addresses of some of the order form page, e-mail page and Affiliate tracking system, but No big deal I\'m sure google can help here as well. I've been reading some of the comments posted about your Blueprint free video series.
It's funny how everyone that has viewed the exact same videos, took different thoughts and skills away from them.
For me, it was something that was not outlined so to speak. It was actually more of a "feeling". Maybe "intution".
I have an online business that was launched not to long ago. It is scary. Many programs (I'm in 2)give you so much information that I couldn't even ask questions. I truly didn't know what to ask, when to ask or how to ask.
Listening to you, as you were explaining each topic I kept my business vision in my head. My goals, my strengths etc. My vision was starting to grow more and more with each video.
Is that not what a mentor is suppose to be? Teach you how to grow? Teach you how to be more productive? How you can reach your goals without trying to chase you down for that one answer you need to complete your goal for that day?
I literally have fumbled my way through much of the business that I have started. It's been a very long 11 months or so. But when it's your passion and desire, I was amazed at what I taught myself.
But the "feeling" I took away from this is there is always a rose between 2 thorns. You are that rose. This has inspired me to keep focused, set small goals, and especially not to lose site of your vision. Knowing there is a mentor out there willing to go the extra mile is priceless.

If the Blueprint is what it you say,then an individual such as my self just getting started can save themselves a lot of frustration and money.

My mind has been going a hundred miles per hour and I have probable 10 to 20 ideas for sites, but being new to this industry, the amount of info on the web and trying ti sift through it all and figure out whats worth plunking down cash for is tough.

#1- If you want results, you got to change paths. The same old, same old is just that. If you don't change, or change what you are doing, you will get the same results. Really, How could you expect anything differently.
#2- Now if you want results and have fun with Internet Marketing, just follow the leader(s). Don't try to reinvent the wheel. It's already there in a proven system by folks who have done it. They determined the steps that work and work each and everytime.
So, Follow the leader and the steps to success they have tried and proved to work and just do it.
How simple can that be? Just follow the leader.

I've been wanting to start an online business for quite some time now. I know I can be successful doing something that I love to do. The problem is that I have no clue on where to begin. 1. Recognize that the number 1 reason why people are on line is to find "Solutions to Problems". If you have an answer to an issue or problem and you can share it you can change people's lives. You will also change yours as people will be seeking you out. You will become an authority.

2. Seriously consider marketing as your business. In other words, let someone do all the product creation and you utilize your talents to share those products with others. And it is great if the company you partner, or become affiliated with, has numerous products to market, such as Nitro Marketing. You can pick and choose what products to market based on your understanding of what problems people desire to solve and just do it. How easy!

3. Execute your marketing efforts by taking productive focused action. Determine what you need to do and then determine what steps will be required to achieve your objectives. And then only take action on the 'needed steps' one at time until you have achieved goals. Ensure that the steps are manageable. Do Not try to do everything at once.

Video #3 Takeaways

It really is possible that you can make real life changing income through internet marketing …and you don't have to do a lot to make it happen. Especially if you have a niche, a strong desire, and a great work ethic and are willing to follow a proven system.
The Cable Guy: wow! a greater than 12,000 person list in 3 months and over $75,000 in gross income. (think about it another way: every person who joined this person's list was worth at least $6, initially) Now that was only in 3 months and only doing a few of the steps of filling in the box (of the Empty Box Principle). I wonder where the cable guy is now?. All those backend products possible to sell, a 'list to sell to' when desired. What a great situation. And guess what? You don't have to be perfect. Just good enough to get your point across and the ability to be helpful and solve a problem.
You know, I can do this too!

My biggest takeaway, among many great ones, from Video 4 part 1 was to break out a really good piece of the main product and instead use it as a bonus. We are in the process of developing a product that we had been assuming would consist of a video showing visually how to safely do certain exercises and also an audio to listen to while you actually do the exercises. Now, thanks to you, we are planning to include the audio as a bonus.

Remember - people want solutions to problems - my job is match mys interests and skills with problems and create/present solutions using the easiest way - the internet. and I like the ideaa of starting out thinking like an authority then doing it.

The 4th in the 3 groups of markets is a beautiful solution to the problem so many of us get caught up in at the beginning -trying to earn immediate $ while we learn the systems of internet marketing - Kevin's explanation is the first time I have heard this important opportunity described so clearly as a strategy, although after talking to many assistants in the business, it maakes so much sense.

My son came home from kindergarden this past weekend with a red and green 24 link construction paper chain. It has a yellow star with a poem on it for the 25th. Every night you take off a link before bed and little by little the days count down and it is Christmas Day before you know it.

My biggest take away from these videos is that you need to step out of your comfort zone to make changes in your life. I am way out of my comfort zone right now…I have provided personal information on line, I am considering buying a product on line (never done that before), I have spent precious hours while my baby slept watching these videos, and for the first time ever, my "good idea" feels like a reality. My instinct when watching these videos is to pass it off as a con, too good to be true, and yet somehow I am compelled to learn more, somehow I have slowly come to trust Kevin & Matt, somehow I feel that I need the nitroblueprint system to make my ideas work…so…doesnt that prove the system works? If your methods can convince a sceptic like me, even when I know they are methods, then…
My "good idea" is now an idea on paper, I have researched a little and I'm certain that I have a viable product. I have a feeling of excitement and anticipation in my nether regions, and more than anything I want to know more!
My second biggest take away from the video series is that it doesn't have to be perfect, just good enough. Too many times, good ideas take on a life of their own, and become this amazing concept, but then you lose site of the smaller picture. Just getting started is such a reward in itself, and there is plenty of time to evolve and perfect ideas along the way. In fact it is probably a better idea to let the market dictate how a business evolves, than to plan it out in your head.
I feel that watching the 5 videos has been time well spent. Thankyou Matt and Kevin I wish you well.

Takeaway from the first 3 videos: For me, I need to overcome my fear that I will sink money and time into a field that is already saturated. There is enough detail in Blue Nitro's videos to indicate that there is still money to be made in internet businesses and you do not have to have an idea that is new, just a site that solves a problem and you believe in it. To me, an investment in an internet business is like investing in the stock market, by the time I have heard of a fund or business it is too late, it is overpriced. And, if someone else is selling a business, it must not be making much money. Maybe these are incorrect beliefs. I definitely know that you are only limited by your frame, and Blue Nitro's excellent explanations are helping me to enlarge that frame and spiking my interest in their system.

After many years of hearing all the deals, schemes, and twists of mlm, get rich quick, and outright scams… Ive been, in a word -skeptical- of any 'new' way to make money on- or off-line. First, Im not a marketing major, and have had some success in an online business, but nothing like the numbers you're talking about.
I watched the first two videos, and thought… nice motivational topics… then, in videos 3-5, I saw there was 'beef' in the program. Slowly coming around from blowing it all off as just another 'deal', to thinking - there's something here that's worth digging into. There really *is* something here!
I like there's a plan, with definable steps and measurements. I like the methodical step-by-step plan.
Change 'skeptical' to 'impressed'.
This is probably the best overview of a planned way to succeed in the online world Ive seen.

I am only making this comment because I can't hold back, there were two things that you said that Turned On the lights for the first time and my mind opened like Gringotts Vault , one lock after the next opening and all of a sudden it became clear.

Thanks for the training. There is so much hype out there that it's difficult to filter through it. I find myself being skeptical when someone says they have something free. It usually means they want your information in hopes that they can sell you something later. i guess that's the way most systems work.

What I like about your approach is that so far it seems you have quality information to offer free which encourages me to continue on to hear "the rest of the story". I look forward to getting the rest. So far, what I've learned is taking a less traveled road that requires more effort, more energy and more courage is the quickest way to success.

There are several insights or takeaways that could be shared from Video #4; however, I think the most meaningful ones are those that deal with being real and using common sense. People will buy your information product if it solves a problem or enhances some desire they have ….and you present your solution or offer convincingly and helpfully as a friend. When you make a ‘human’ connection with your prospect and they know that you truly understand what they want, that you can relate, then you will definitely be on the road to success. To me, this is the ultimate insight. If you always keep this insight foremost in your mind as you execute the steps of the Nitro Blueprint System, then all you have to do is follow the nuts and bolts steps that have been laid out 1,2,3. Then, just place yourself, your offer, in front of a proven crowd of buyers for your unique solution product…. and you will have a successful business that will last a lifetime.

I found your videos really down to earth with lots of worthwhile information while avoiding the usual gimmicky guru buzz.

Most of the stuff online just covers one specialsed area but doesnt tell you how to assemble everything leaving big pieces of the puzzle missing on what else needs to be done.

The most important takeaway for me is that technical knowledge and the latest software tools will only get you so far, the real secret is being able to see and implement the big picture with a solid organisational plan.

So here's another 'even better day report'

Yesterday I continued to work with the insights I got from video 4 (and, as you know, from 1-2-3)
Anyway, I kept my focus, did what i had to do and proudly can say that I launched the new version of our non profit organisations site today…. It is a 50 pg content site so it was quite an effort to finish it but, hey, it will dramatically increase our work (we offer workshops here in far away belgium). I did all the best I could to offer the content on our site in a better way and we are getting really happy e-mails already. It now has, a much better opt in page with almost every points implemented, call's to action wherever needed, much better seo (i'll find out soon) but, most importantly, we re-edited al our material and made it MUCH more specific, to the point, interesting and educational.

I felt really gratefull for every video, and great to see the results too. (i had 5 times more opt-ins today as yesterday but hey, it could be the stars too. But at least i did what I had to do (even though my head is starting to look squarish after spending about 120 hours behind the computer in 8 days)

Now i look forward to start on the international site and have this info from the start to take away.

So, after this said, today's video was awesome. Again i neededto get extra paper for my notes, but glad I did.

Although much of the steps you discussed are not the box to start filling right now i'm very gratefull that i have these notes. and i hope these video's will stay online too.

I'm quite a content creator so my site will be a content site too (although i'm open to the idea to have 4 pg sites for the seperate products that will be launched within a few months) so i guess my focus is seo when i'm writing.

I loved the tip to make the best broadcast mails part of the follow ups. such a simple idea but i guess all of this is plain logic thinking…

You have it! As I followed this last video and your comments I actually began to think about a local home-grown company with about $2.2-$2.5 million annual sales who needs some help. I know, because I interviewed with them for a job opening they had. The owners have a successful business and have grown over the past 30+ years, but their business has leveled off with no current growth. They have a desire to double their sales to the $5 million level. They told me that they (two brothers) desire to sell their business and retire to the gulf coast. They have a webpage, one I consider good when built, but currently, it is so out of date it’s ridiculous (I did not tell them that.) They are also not doing any advertising or marketing or doing anything proactive to keep their current customers knowledgeable about their products or services or what they really have to offer. From what I have seen and know of the Nitro Blueprint system, I know that if this business took advantage of the Nitro Blueprint system they would achieve their $5 million annual sales goal so quickly that they would be resting on the beach before mid-year 2008. I am using not just what you present to learn from but also how you present it and I am analyzing why you present it and at what intervals that you present it.
I noticed that you gave great wealth of info in the planning and starting phased, which will really help me jump start every thing before the course is even on the market, but as the videos continued you noted key important strategies that are a must have, but then just noted that it is in the course and did not go in to it. thus bringing in the need to buy the course and building expectation at the same time. I also noted that you mentioned some concepts in later videos which you had not fully explained in earlier videos. Thus increasing the need to buy the course to get the full 11 step process to the success desired.

You give a lot and hold back little, but the little you do hold back is extremely important or presented as being so.

This brings to light a problem of lack of knowledge and then you are offering the answer to the problem in exchange for and undisclosed sum of money.

Keeping the people acting in some way for instance reflecting on what they learned and writing about it is also key because it produces a habit of acting and not just watching and being entertained for free.

I did like the idea of the cover letter I heard of a similar method using 100,000 people on a mailing list. you simple sent 50% of them a prediction of a sporting event with one team winning and 50% of them a prediction of another team winning. Each time a game is played you drop the 50% whose team lost. now using the remaining you do this again with the next game after about ten games, your number of people are small, but you have a perfect reputation of being able to predict every game with those people. Now is the time to charge for your prediction.
You are using the same concept except with the success of parts of a letter and throwing out the bad and keeping the best.

The idea of celebrating mile stones instead I have always just had one mile stone, financial independence, HUM may be i should break things down a little more.(YOU think?)
I love throwing a party every chance I get.

It was also important to me to learn that there were good ways to track clicks and key words, and that some services are free thanks for the Google add words info.

all in all this is a great wealth of knowledge, most of things that I know this well i just assume is common knowledge for everybody, i make the mistake of assuming that If I know it it must be common knowledge and thus not worth charging people for.
I bet this is a common misconception.

Basically, I am a total ‘newbie’ who is fed up with the rat race and I just recently started researching starting an online business.

As you’re well aware, there’s a TON of information out there (and even in my early stages of research, I’ve found there’s also a ton of MIS-information as well), and everyone wants to offer you a *small* piece of the puzzle with an ebook, report, CD or DVD, home study courses, etc.

If you’re a newbie (like me) just starting out, it can be quite overwhelming simply because of INFORMATION OVERLOAD.

From watching the 5 free videos I was able to simplify the traffic coming from my only traffic sources. Since each page I create gets copied up to 140 times I created and added the top keywords to my Meta tags & pages to increase the chances of getting my site noticed by search engines. I also embedded the same key words at the bottom of my pages. On my sales pages for the heading and the h2 I normally put the name of my site but after watching the videos now in my h2 section I put what the object I’m selling fixes and now visitors are staying longer on my pages. Also in between content I’m adding a quick 2 sentence with a join link which has increased my daily clicks by a amazing 250% finally after the 2nd row which includes more free video content I include 2 testimonials and my hand written guarantee that has added 15 extra sales by itself now that my visitors know that I’m a living breathing person they can reach at anytime makes them more willing to buy. Now that I’m only focusing on working on one thing a week I’m a lot less stressed out at the end of the day and I have more customers than I can handle. In fact, the past 5 days there have been times where I’ve had so many people buying memberships to the site I’ve had site crashes. Even my opt-in yahoo group and groups have more members they’re always begging me for more tips and trips and are buying everything I post and begging for more. Thanks for the free videos

Over the years I have dabbled, with varying degrees of success, in Internet businesses. Mostly, results have not come quick enough to enable me to turn away normal "sell my time to pay the bills" type work and concentrate on seeing things through. As a result of watching your videos I have dug into a couple of dating affiliate sites that I created back in 2003. I'm ashamed to say that other than renewing the domain names I have done nothing to the sites since Valentine's 2004 but was surprised to find that they are still getting a reasonable flow of search engine traffic and there is even a few hundred dollars in commissions waiting to be paid out to me from various affiliate programs. As a result of watching your videos I have downloaded my raw log files and found out which pages are getting the hits and I'm putting together an incentive product to use with an opt-in form I'm adding to those pages and writing a follow up autoresponder sequence. My old site reviews were really pathetic or non-existent in some cases so my project for the next couple of days is to make new reviews using Camtasia (once I get the hang of it). The main takeaways I have are as I see it the primary differences between this system and most other internet business marketing systems.

1) It has been carefully written from a teaching perspective. Whereas most products I have purchased have been written as simply a dissertation on the area of expertise, this system has been carefully presented in order to lead a student through the process of creating an actual business.

2) It is also the most comprehensive product I have seen. First of all, it takes a global overview of the overall process and then goes in to exacting detail in each of the separate processes. Most other products are detailed in one specific area or offer no more than a simplistic overview of a system.

3) Probably the most important aspect is that this is not a cookie-cutter system, rather it is a detailed process to brainstorm, evaluate, implement and manage a business that is unique and a reflection of my personal interests and strengths.

All of this combined helps me to believe I can realistically employ the structure of the Nitro Blueprint system to achieve my own internet business - that its not just a pie-in-the-sky dream. I look forward to the journey.

These videos covered everything from "how to" to "why to". I especially like the reassurance that my startup doesn't have to be perfect. The main thing is to get going with it…take ACTION. The videos give step by step plans for the action needed, and also explains the reason why. The most valuable information that stuck with me is:
1.'Take Action'. You can't make progress if you don't, first, do something. Even if it is not good enough, to your stardards or otherwise, you can always build upon it. You can NOT build higher without a foudation to build upon.

2. 'Focus'. Focus is a actually a narrowing of thoughts, limiting out tangibles. You can't just focus on the end product and expect results. First, you must have an idea of where the steps are leading to from your foundation. Then you figure out how many steps it takes to get there. Next, you get into detail of how to build each step individualy, and what you need to get started. Of couse, the next step is actually gathering all you need and getting started. When a carpenter is building, he is not focusing on the entire stairway itself as he works. He focuses on cutting each board individually and precisely, nailing one nail at a time, taking the time to stop and remeasure as needed, correct mistakes as they come along, and going out for more supplies he will need, that perhaps he didn't think of earlier. Sometimes, he has to start the whole thing over again because of minor mistakes that add up to a big problem. As long as he is determined to build that set of stairs, he will find a way around any potential issues that may arise, even, somtimes especially, if that means enlisting the help of others.

If you’ve been listening at all to the few who not only give great marketing information, but seem to also have, for lack of something else to call it, a more spiritual side – then you already know that we should be doing what we love.

If you have, then you may, like me, buy anything you think will teach you something that will increase your knowledge, and help you to do that.

Unlike many, however, I’ve always found something in the information I’ve bought (which is a lot) that always made a multiple of what I paid.

Then again, I started with Dan Kennedy, Jay Abraham, and many others I could mention who always gave great information.

And there have been others who simply rehashed the same old information, generically.

With what I learned, however, I’ve built a number of successful businesses – mostly offline, and some online.

In the online, I can tell you that everything in your video is right on ‘the money’, and if you’d released it years ago, it wouldn’t have spent so much time and money modeling after the most successful Internet marketers. And I can tell you it was countless hours to see how the best marketing methods were being converted to the Internet by the new gurus, ‘viewing the source’ behind their sales letters, and breaking everything down to a marketing system. And you’ve covered every step and marketing strategy there is that I ever learned, and updated it for an ever changing Internet.

A lot of 'takeaways' talked about things that take people beyond their procrastination, fear, and the other things that often hold us back.

What I want to congratulate you on is – there are so many people looking for a way to have the life they want – and all those things stand in the way of so many people with knowledge and ideas who never get them off the ground because they never have the roadmap that you seem to be about to give them. Actually, you’ve given them all the steps in your video, and I suspect what you’re about to offer will be all specific steps along the journey to the destination they all hope for that are never completely covered in all the stuff they’ve bought that promised it would.

So, unlike what some marketers, those who don’t want the competition of the many who will probably buy the Nitro Blueprint and achieve what they dream of, I say Bravo.

It’s all about choices – both of the people who are trying to change their lives, and the people who could help them to do that - and I think you’re offering more than anyone I’ve seen. A real step-by-step system. No one really offers that – a real plan – a blueprint and guidebook for keeping your focus - for realizing that there’s no need to be perfect (and if you want to achieve your goal, you need to give up the need). Frankly, your free video is better at doing all that than most courses you pay for. They mostly tell you what to do, but not how. And the other part, and I think for many, the overwhelming part, is that they buy pieces of information that are like pieces of a puzzle that they never get together because they never see the big picture. So a true ‘system’, that everyone talks about, is always missing.

I’m anxious to see your product. If you deliver half of what your video promises, you will give a gift to so many people who’ve been waiting for you to create it, that you may spend so much time reading testimonials expressing their gratitude, that you delay getting to your next creation.

Here we are at the end of the 5 part videos. Or more likely the beginning of a well laid out journey.

The puzzle example is a fitting one for so many of us who have ventured into the world of Internet marketing (including me). The mixed puzzles hit home with me.

So many ebooks, so much software, so many pieces of information! It always seemed like there was at least 20 jigsaw puzzles all mixed up and no pictures or instructions for putting it all together!

I think that's where so many products fall short. Many separate pieces that don't fit together or you don't know how to tie together doesn't make for a very solid business plan.

Separate all the parts and build your business by filling in the boxes in methodical steps. That sounds more like a real business plan. Once the boxes are filled you have solid blocks that a strong business can grow from.

During the Beta Nitro Blueprint course, Dan and I spoke at length, partly in the weekly coaching call, about my long experience writing business plans, and how that could be a good website project, yada-yada, and you never told your great story about your business plan experience!! And I have spent a lot of time since that putting the parts together, reports, interview ideas, getting a website setup,etc.

Well, your story confirmed my long-standing feeling of dis-interest in traditional business plans. The fact is, I agree with you, I have never come across a formal business plan that has been any use in actually helping to develop a real business. And, would you ever believe a financial proforma? No, these documents have other purposes, something like bookkeeping in advance and (non-)disclosure statements. Required by banks, securities exchanges, and governments, but not directly business-building activities, not the exciting part.

My greatest interests and passions are being in nature and helping businesses and people align themselves in a more sustainable way with the environment (and each other of course). So, tonight I had a great time with my 14-year old son, exploring how he can initiate his own content site on Permaculture Design - a consuming passion of his.

The great thing about the internet is potential for great balance for ourselves and across the planet. It can be democratic, empowering and egalitarian; we can balance work, create income,and explore our passions and humanitarianism with an incredible network of people.

Probably the most important aspect that I have taken away so far is Focus on one step at a time. Also that giving is better than receiving, in order to build trust, confidence and respect for the people who are supplying the information.

Just to share with you that actually in the immediate future, I do not have any plans to start an online business. At the moment I wish to concentrate on my consultancy career and to market for new client / job.

However, much to my amazement, your Nitro Blueprint system did help to give me insights to apply certain principles to my career marketing for new clients / job. A few of these principles are elaborated below:-

a) It is easier to sell to existing clients then to look for new clients - My firm taught us to identify and do cold calls to secure new clients for our core business. However, from the ideas garnered from your videos I am now hatching a plan to develop and sell other upsell or backend products to my existing clientele, those that are related to our core business. It is easier to talk to those people whom I have serviced well in the past.

b) Prioritizing - How I usually work is to attend to each task in the order which they came in unless it is a very important task. However, from your videos, I realised that I barely meet the agreed timeline to deliver these completed task because I did not fully concentrate and give them priority although I managed to get other unimportant stuff out of the way. Going forward, I plan to change my strategy a little - to focus on top priority tasks so that I can over-deliver and under-promise. I bet that would give my clients a pleasant surprise if I managed to get a task completed on tuesday when the agreed deadline is on thursday.

c) That empty box principle helps to give a framework to my 'marketing' career in an offline consultancy business as well (I dont own the business) - Traffic for instance would mean getting as many non-client contacts via activities such as related social networks and get-to-gether for the industry and keeping proper records of these contacts. We can use the contacts for mailing list and to build up rapport. I can think of some ways to detach certain part of our services from the core service offered to repackage as upsell, backend or bonuses.

I could go on and on but the point which I wanted to highlight here is that your Blueprint is not only useful to online information businesses but also offline consultancy services in strategising to market and sell more products..

Thank you and wish me luck in applying these principles to help to grow my employer's business - hence earning me great increments and bonuses (and a probable promotion!)..

Most peole who have given internet marketing a "reasonable effort" have at least some of the "empty boxes" rumbling around in their brain.

But … it is very, VERY hard for most folks to "back up" enough to get the sufficiently "Big Picture" to see how all the parts go together.

After almost a year of effort I have gained many skills. I can build a website, use an autoresponder, write copy, do keyword research, optomize a web page for the spiders, set up ad campaigns, get articles published, build a blog, and so on.

I work at this every day with focus and determination and continue to grow my education and skill level. I visualize my success and never allow doubt or fear to enter my mind.

Still one thing escapes me, the ability to make a living online. Never in my life have I put out so much effort and not been able to make it happen.

I am built for success and the 1st video encouraged me to keep going, keep reaching forward knowing that others have done it and I will also.

I was sure I had put aside enough money to last until I could create an online income and now I am too broke to buy the products that at least promise to have the solution.

Specifically, my passion is teaching others about natural approaches to health and lifestyle issues. I have a lifetime worth of experience in this area and the communication skills to make it understandable.

Video #2 helped me realize that, for me, the marketing side is something I would rather leave to someone else if I could.

I have built successful businesses in the past and as I look back I realize this has always been the case. I can learn the marketing but I do it out of necessity not desire.

Today's biggest takeaway - VISUAL of the structure of a Nitro Blueprint system business. I think visually and I can now munch away at these boxes!!! I was missing the upsell and the monthly product.

The first takeaway I got from your intial videos is that you have to have the right mindset going into the project in order to be successful. You can have the greatest "tools" in the world, but if you haven't prepared yourself to take full advantage of the tools, you won't be successful. Great tools in the hands of a lousy carpenter do not guarantee a great result.

The second takeaway has to do with finding a proven "system" that is complete and can accomplish the goals you want for yourself. Following the right system the way it was intended to be used, in the right sequence, one step at a time, is the secret to success in any area of life.

But here's the thing, I am already a winner because I have learned things that I can use right now and they are valuable, so my glass is much fuller than it was this morning.(I only got the email link this morning and have watched videos 1-4 so far today)

That sentence really spoke to me, and after seeing "the boxes" and how the whole system is broken down, suddenly some of the fear seemed to leave. For the first time I think I see the whole picture and not just fragments. Suddenly like a jigsaw puzzle coming together, I can see where I can take little bites, digest, and focus on making these sections come alive. You are trying to cut a swathe through what so many struggle with and against. I have a product that needs a way to become marketed in a big way. Before that though there are some other issues: I met someone with an awesome product that I said I could market and get out there. The rub comes because the content comes from dozens of other contributors and the other party thinks they ought to have a royalty: ok. So there are legal issues, permissions, and profits that will need to be incrementally split between many. As the products multiply it will mean more to share with and we do not have the cash to buy the rights straight out. I haven't moved on it yet on account of this. However, the possibilities of the product are great as well as the rewards in many ways, one of them, helping others who have worked hard. Having said that, thanks for listening and best of luck, you deserve it.

Video#2 makes me understand that I need to have my own business - a business where I can get from others and I market it or just make my original one ! or … I can buy a good business to start !

Wow, I just watched the entire series this evening, and I am so grateful I was able to do that, given the incredibly busy week I've had.

Thank you Kevin for being such an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and transparant host. I found the little techno-glitches did nothing to disrupt this fascinating introduction to the Nitro Blueprint. I was just amazed that you could cover so much in such a short space of time.

First, I did read the Dirty Laundry report and nodded yes, yes, yes in agreement. Thankfully, I now know it wasn't just me who heard the strains of "Is that all there is? every time I reviewed one of those.

But watching the videos has made me go from the anxiety and confusion of overwhelm to a delightful sense of hope and expectation. Your info-rich series is totaly in alignment with how I believe a business should be approached. Suddenly all the disparate bundles of knowledge I've been collecting over the past three or four months now have a place of their own within the Empty Box Framework, and I'm delighted that I have been able to fill several of them in already! So that was my first action, placing what I know already into a framework, and I'm now ready to break it down into smaller tasks.

The level of detail in the product, your two Beta tests, the anticipation of possible problem areas and built-in strategies to overcome them took a lot of time and effort. Your practical suggestion to avoid perfection and being OK with all right is so right on. I guess anything that isn't optimal can be changed at any time, so just get it going.

Really, I could go on an on. I have my niche picked and I know it is one that is extremely timely and I have my own slant and story already concieved. It is reassuring to know that it doesn't have to be done tomorrow, and even after launch, things can be finessed and tweaked. It's like setting up a good database or filing system. It takes time to set it up properly, but in the end it serves you so well and saves time, you wonder how you ever managed before. Just the idea that you could take one traffic generation strategy and then do another next month, and so on. That is such a liberating notion! Start with the three simplest and most critical components, and add pieces later. Yeah, just like Mr. Potato Head.

All I can say is this has got to be my Christmas Gift! While I'm sure just the knowledge from these videos will be beneficial to my biz, I'm convinced the full-scale program is exactly what I need to do to maximize its success. Being clearly focussed will help me remember what I love and feel passionate about and why I want this business.

The idea of just being good enough instead of perfect really touches. I was raised to be perfect and if I could not be perfect not to try. Now I just have to be good enough.

I think with that idea an not procrastinating I will really be able to do this. Procrastinating comes from fear of not being perfect.

So how does a guy, Me, go from a presently hand to mouth existence to having a successfull online business virtually overnight? I KNOW this CAN BE DONE, but I have not figured out how to do it and I am not afraid to ask. Are the videos available on DVD? It's serendipitous that I am caught up with your contest as well as the Strategic Profits contest (that's the Rich Schefren "AAD2" commenting prior to the release of his Business Acceleration Program which launches 18 Dec.

According to his latest "doctrine", you are still teaching Web 1.0 which he says has been overtaken by Web 2.0. (In other words, Web 1 practices will not work effectively.) What you are doing here is Web 2.0, but what you are teaching in the videos is Web 1.0.

Outworn methods include seo, ppc, press releases, articles, sales letters, selling, etc.

We should focus on leveraging social media by amassing a set of tools to find, absorb, and categorize information fast enough for us to respond with the correct action. We must monitor RSS feeds on the subject we are expert in. The free tool Rich gave out monitors the main feeds for the search term entered. I'm having a blast adding these feeds to my RSSreader.

I may not be able to afford either of the programs, but I would surely appreciate the opportunity to compare them for applicability and value.

Thanks for your comments. I have not read Rich's letter, have it printed off and probably will over the weekend so I can not comment on it directly. However I understand the main talking points he uses and totally agree on some and disagree on others. And I am sure I will walk away after reading it with some valuable ideas and information and most likely would recommend it to people after reading it.

But here is my take on things in general.

Saying old methods are dead is silly. Are search engines going to stop sending traffic to people, will they shut down their PPC advertising programs, no. Are millions of businesses around the world that use these old methods going to now fail… umm no.

However does social media play a part (an empty box) in your overall business? Absolutely, but its a box not the whole business.

In the Nitro Blueprint System, there is a Step 1b with an audio CD and chapter in the Master Manual that among other things, gets people into doing these things immediately… using low time, high return activities to get into the game from the start and be seeing results (traffic, optins, etc) while going through steps 2-6. Its funny, it even shows you how to use google alert to do what you mentioned of keeping track of your market you now chosen. If you are seeing results early on, it gives you real world motivation to keep moving forward. Then we expand on these in Step 7 once people are ready to ramp up their traffic for the sales system they created.

But again, hanging your hat on social media as your only source (leg) of traffic makes for a table that's easy to tip over and fall to the ground. Here is where I can't comment directly having not read it yet, but from your comments that appears to be one of the main talking points "old methods" are dead, only do this "new method".

Look at Rich's business. His 30,000 downloads came from affiliate marketing, not social media. And most of those affiliates are using "old methods". Yes, he uses social media as well, but that is not everything his business is based on.

I believe in having a well rounded business that has all the proven pillars of success (which does include social media), not just the latest, hottest one.

I'm sure there are more similarities as well. For example he uses the term maven, which I know from Tipping Point, but not in Rich's context. However I have a feeling it is similar to what we teach called Super Personal Branding (its a bonus session that goes along with Step 2) which is an extremely powerful concept that we use and show others how to use as well.

Hope that helps, a good question deserves a good answer.

Your videos are more than amazing. For a newbie, the way you break it all down is something I've been searching for for the last 2 years. Your wall poster will keep me on track and stop allowing me to be scattered-brained and unfocused. I have found my biggest problem is who to listen to when trying to establish an online business. Of course, I have purchased uncountless amounts of programs/systems that all left out the pieces to the actual doing and earning portion of the system. I love how you say Build a Business. Which allows me to take on a new focus, and not how much do I want now or when will I be able to see profits. I love how you guide everyone in basic steps. I feel I was on information overload for so long and now being able to dump all of the information that just did not work, and start over from scratch and work along with you, has given me a new exciting insight as to what comes next. I can actually visualize how this will all turn out and I've only finished with the first 2 videos. I really would like to take this time to thank you for stepping up and allowing everyone to see this internet business building from the proper eyes and not from all the hype that others will get you into and sidetracked from the actual how to do portion of building. You are the Master at this and I can't wait til tomorrow when the release date comes. Kudos to you and keep up the great work. My biggest takeaway from your video is that if you take the time to learn, you will succeed. I think for most, its easier to give up than to put the time and effort into building something substantial. I have done it many times myself, but now I know that I'm not going to reach success unless I gain the experience I need to get there. Great video.

I took away that we have to try a new way. I've tried so many things that have not worked, I like the idea of trying a new path.

My take away is that doing video as a promo you can really give just hot air and make it feel like it's real value. Great marketing job. Let's see the other videos now.

I learned the concept of focused action. I also learned the idea of information selling. I have edited/ghostwritten numerous books for other writers, and I'm burnt out with that because eventually, it became a job.

The biggest thing that i am learning is how to make money with my web sites. I have several websites. I launched my 1st media site in 2000 All the sites are ranked#1 on just about every search engine and have growth with tarffic.But Now it is now time to kick things up a notch and make a living with my websites. The Nitro concepts of The trade for time concept the empty box principal and all the take ways that i'm learning are execlent, and i am placing them into action. Just completed video 1. The two things that spoke to me the loudest were:

1) The only difference between me and everyone else is experience. I'm on my second career, and as with my first career, I am very good at what I do, but it did take time to get where I am, and I did have to start from scratch both times before. My two careers are very different (medical supply manager and occupational therapist), so starting an on-line business really isn't out of place for me.

2) There are two paths to choose, the old path and the new path. While the old path is comfortable, easy and safe, it is no longer satisfying or fulfilling. Then there is the new path; scary, hard, new. But, also full of potential, excitement, creative outlets, even mystery. I do like to take the path less traveled.

PRODUCTIVE FOCUSED ACTION! A weak trait of mine. As I listened to the second video, I had an 'aha' moment when hearing to you talk about productive focused action. I tend to work on a lot of different things at the same time, which means my energy is splintered in many directions. I'd have to say that is probably why the things I am creating in my life are taking longer to manifest than they really should…my energy needs to be better focused.

I'm excited to listen to the rest of the videos!

It's intriguing, and a good learning tool, to see how the information you are providing in these free videos is exactly what you are using to upsell your own product - the Nitro Blueprint System. You have offered a very well put together free product, with additional free bonuses, a contest that has created a very nice email list and database of testimonials for you with little effort on the backend (yet, I'm certain a great deal of work upfront), "curiosity" catchers that can only be obtained by purchasing the entire system, parts of which can only be obtained to those who get in on your great deal quickly and early, otherwise the consumer will have to pay a premium price next year to get these certain aspects of your product. Hey, and looking at all the responses you are getting, your method is working great!

I'm excited to view video 5, but that will have to wait until tomorrow as the body needs rest.

So far so good…Just finished watching the second video and is ok…but, sorry guys, still exceptic…For now, I'm just watching another program who claims to be the "right" one, and the "answer"…same than all others…we'll see…
I give you an idea if you want to use it, since "we" (users of the program or "costumers")are the ones who have to pay for the program that assert to be the right answer, why not give the WHOLE thing for FREE, not the cheap deal of "money back garantied" but the WHOLE THING and pay for it with the money we start making with YOUR "right" program. This will be the exact case of "We make money once and ONLY if YOU make money" with OUR product?

It sure is about the worst time for me!
After 30 years of getting good as an engineer I just "fired" my last client, because they were, ignorant, mean, and gave me no end of hassle over paying up.
Just trading your time for money is not going to work, so the videos do give me hope that any hard work I put in to an Internet business will not be as "wasted" as the 30 years dealing with the aformentioned types of people.

Biggest take away for me was the Empty Box principle.

So many times I have started, but given up because I didn't have all my "boxes" filled in.

This seems so simple, but how many of us give up because "it" isn't perfect.

So many different programs have lots of hype but little real value - yours has little hype and lots of value even before a sale is made. Over-deliver is the message I get from this!

I think the system itself is a real treasure, and the reassurance that it doesn't have to be perfect but just get on with it.

I like the concept of presenting an empty-box format which basically says: here's your business, all you need to do is fill-in each box step-by-step. In addition, each box represents an activity that needs to be carried out. You don't need to fill-in each box perfectly, just do the best that you can right now, and move on to the next box. Plan (using the blue print that is presented to you), implement the plan, step back and see what worked and what didn't, take corrective action, and keep moving forward. Very nice.

I have been fumbling around for several months trying to figure things out, buying this product and that product. All sorts of parts but no plan to put it all together.

I have been going through the videos and am impressed so far that you will offer this much information for free! I like the fact that I can get a taste of what you have to offer before I buy.

I am glad I cam across this product and am hopeful that I have finally found the help I have been searching for.

One thing I took away from the videos so far is that it is important to focus on one thing at a time. There seems so much to learn that it is easy to get distracted and try to do too many things at once.

For me the biggest takeaway from the first video is the deep-down feeling that here is something that I might actually do. I have bought so many schemes and programmes and they all seem to be brilliant until they say (something along the lines of), "it's easy, all you have to do is……" and the rest might as well be in Chinese for all the sense it makes to me. So far, this really feels as though it may actually give me the down-to-earth, sensible advice that I can understand and use.
I also really appreciate your honesty; it is refreshing to be told, in effect, "Yes, of course I hope that you will ultimately buy something from me, and I realise that you're not likely to unless you see me delivering the goods." So often we are expected to buy stuff blind, on a promise of a wonderful system and future riches.
I look forward to the following videos and hope that this one and the further ones will remain available for me to review whenever I need to boost my confidence.

For me, the best thing I have heard so far is that it does not have to be "perfect." That is my problem, I think that I have to have the "puzzle" completely put together before I can start. Video #4 showed me that your system will let me earn while I am assembling the puzzle. I feel like this might be something that might finally be the right program.

I don't have the time to be as focused as the "cable guy" was, but if I chip away at it every day, I should be able to see some progress. I usually lose interest in a short while because the hope of any success is beyond so many closed doors. I think you have given us the remote control to open all of those doors in the right succession to reach the end we are seeking.

Besides, we have a year to prove to ourselves that the program works. What do I have to lose?

This has started to show me that there is a "new path" to take. You must get out of your comfort zone, take steps each day and build on those completed tasks.

I agree the hardest part is to start a new program that you have little or no experience. You have to look in the mirror and believe you can make it happen.

My best takeaway: Not trying to be perfect, making a plan, breaking it into steps, identifying the most important ones and focusing on those first.

The biggest takeaway I got out of it was that most people, of which I used to be, are so comfortable with the "old path" and keep on doing the same ol', same ol'. Rather than taking a new direction with an adventurous spirit, they go back to what they knew, what was comfortable. I look forward to working on this!!

The most powerfull takeaway I see so far is the funnelling of customers. Thinking back- I am willing to take small risks with new sites/ purchases ( much more likley to buy something for $10 thinking 'what can I lose' ) once I have developed a trust or feel that I received more value than what I spent- I am willing to read their emails, their marketing and much more likely to buy more from them. So instead of coming out with a $300 product - I have to think of an extremely valuable $10-$20 lead and 'earn' their trust to get them to buy the full product.

the five videos were very informative, makes you start to think about what type of info you could sell on line. I have already started to make a list of subjects I know about or wish to learn about. I think I'll ask my wife to make her own list .

Your outline is quite good. I have seen more practical guidelines in these free videos than I have seen in some of the most expensive products. I did get a little tired of the built in advertisements, but that's OK since your videos are free.

What a simple yet effective set of graphics with detailed yet very simple explanation of how each part fits into the whole. Brilliant! I have understood and learned more from these few minutes than from hours of formal education.

I have been trying for 2 years to get something going on the internet. Great tips and info that I have probably paid for in the past by others. From the information I got, it made me just want the program more. I believe that is one of the tatics you teach in your program. To give something free that will provide valuable information to the reader and so much so that it will make them want to "scratch that itch" that you created for them. : )

Well the itch is there and I needed to scratch it so I got the course.

As far as what else I learned was amazing on how it put everything that I have learned in the past plus more together in a step by step format.

I have learned several items like copywriting, traffic, affiliates, but not all in the right order or in one course.

Although I have created websites online they have failed horribly and feel that this is my "light at the end of a dark tunnel" and will make me a success online.

Interesting video… What I get from it is this: If you can do it, I can do it…. why shouldn't I be able to do it? I can do it. Of course I can do it. I will do it.

The two greatest take-aways for me so far are (1) don't wait for anything to be perfect — just get going! It's so great to have you validate what I've been thinking, which is that I could keep gathering information and considering and studying until 2075, but that's not getting the biz started. Thanks for permission to just take action now. I can continue to learn WHILE I'm moving forward. And (2) is to be really generous with my clients — as you have done with us by example with all these freebies. It sure builds trust, makes me want to buy, and keeps you in my mind for future purchases even if I'm not in a position to buy right now.

Just doing something, even if it is not perfect, is absolutely OK. Taking action is critical to success in an online business or a brick-n-mortar business. As the great Dr. Michael Hudson, Ph.D. said in a recent newsletter,"SOMETIMES GOOD ENOUGH REALLY IS" good enough. Just take action and get something out there that makes sense. It does not need to be perfect…Just Good Enough.

I just had to add a comment because my main problem has been getting overwhelmed with the sheer amount of information out there.

I have a million ebooks (free and paid) clogging up my hard drive and regular inputs of more information in newsletters and RSS feeds. More and more I feel like it is pulling me under. What will I read next? How can I take it all in? How on earth can I keep on top of everything I need to know?

And then your empty boxes slide came along and I feel like a weight has been pulled off my shoulders.

I can fill in those boxes one at a time with the level of knowledge I have now and improve them when I know more.

I don't have to have it all in place before I launch.

I don't have to be perfect.

And I can do it one munch at a time!

What my biggest take away from video number 4 was to find products that people are already buying and do it differently. I kept thinking I need to think of something original and that is new to be successful. It is a great relief that I will be successful using other successful ideas but with my own way that will be even better.

I love all this free information. You h\keep answering my questions. I am planning on starting a new on-line business in the next few months . What i took away from video # 3 was how to generate a list and market in as little as 20 minutes a day. Your have systems which I love and an outline as to what to do in and what order. I love you guts.

I really enjoyed the videos. I think the one thing that really opened my eyes to a new road to take is in the second video when you suggested to learn a skill and get good at it then sell your time doing this skill.

I never really thought about that before. I was stuck in the 'have to make and sell my own product or be an affiliate' mindset.

My biggest Take Away was learning that thru your course, IT IS POSSIBLE to have an online business thru a Complete System as Nitro Marketing presents. I've been website hopping since Jan 08 and have gathered bits and pieces of Internet Marketing knowledge but not enough to know how to put it all together. I'm saving my money for this course so that I can purchase it in 2009. Didn't have the money a few months ago, but I WILL have it in 2009! I CAN'T WAIT! No More Website/Guru hopping (hoping). This IS THE SYSTEM to free me from my 9 to 5 and to become forever debt free!

Honesty - that's what I take away most of all. These guys are good guys with good products. The more I watched, the more I was struck by that. They make the 'secrets' of online success affordable to learn. Their 'good enough' is definitely good enough for me to want to learn from them step by step. Now I'm not worried that integrity has be compromised in order to succeed. I can finally use my personal 'good enough' for my own success.

I was so surprised at all the wonderful information you are "giving away". It made me feel like there is hope for those of us who have tried so many times in so many ways to become successful on the internet.

The idea of non-perfection hits home with me in that I have allowed the idea of attaining the ideal to stand in the way of making a decent income. Couple this with the little bits and empty boxes, these three, if I will just hang on to these concepts, should see success. They tend to take away the many non-action excuses and pretty much open the door that you have to enter or quit.

My biggest take aways from video 3:

1) Take ACTION!!!

2) Take it one step at a time ( fill in the empty boxes ). There is now way to do it all at once.

3) This gave me the most comfort, YOU DON'T NEED TO BE PERFECT NOW JUST BE GOOD ENOUGH. ONCE YOU GET IT YOU CAN GO BACK AND MAKE IT BETTER. JUST DO IT!!!!!!!!!

My biggest take away is that in order to be successful with an online business you have to have the traits that will make you successful in any endeavor. And those traits are to burn your bridge and decide that this will happen by hell or high water. And you have to take action. Many people decide yes I want an online business that makes me wealthy and allows me work only a few hours a week, but few take any massive action. It takes millions of years before a volcano erupts and and all the while that the mountain looks calm there is a violent storm brewing inside pushing more and more every second. In order to be successful you have to be like a volcano and push and push until you explode.

My biggest take away: "break down massive in to minor then FOCUS"
