If you would ask me what is one thing to master… it would be what I'm about to cover in this post. When you get really good at these 3 things you will see success faster and easier.
That doesn't mean you won't have to get good at other things.
However it does mean these are absolutely essential… and your lack of not having them is a BIG factor for not getting the results you really want right now.
If you have not read that, you will want to take a few minutes right now to do so (or re-read it to refresh your memory.)
This post will give you 3 CRUCIAL strategies to ensure the "100 Hour Rule" actually works for you.
Everybody I have taught this to, who started using these 3 strategies, instantly (yes, instantly) started seeing MASSIVE jumps in their productivity and progress they were making (meaning getting the important stuff done and making money).
I consider this a CORE foundational must have if you want to be successful online.
And yes, I'm putting a lot of emphasis on this because I KNOW how vitally important it is… but it lacks the "sizzle"… that's the rub, the stuff that REALLY brings you success is NOT the sizzle, its the fundamentals.
Here are the 3 Crucial Strategies…
1. Break Big Tasks Into Small Bite-Size Steps (Munchies/Action Plan)
2. Create a Weekly Plan To Do Those Bite Size Steps (Weekly Plan)
3. Create Large Blocks Of Time To Big Chunks Of Tasks And Create Momentum (Mini-Blasts)
If you make these 3 activities a HABIT, your online business will never be the same.
You will experience less frustration, less overwhelm, accomplish more in less time, and start seeing results quicker and quicker. You will, faster than ever before, reach the Full Time Online level.
Munchies/Action Plan
Let's say you have the task to set up your first squeeze page you will use to build your email list. You sit down at your computer, look at that task on your to-do list, and immediately you start feeling overwhelmed, that twinge of anxiety builds up in your chest, and you eventually find something else to do — read email, browse online, clean the bathroom toilet — anything to avoid this task!
And it keeps getting carried forward and carried forward on your to-do list, never getting done. Days turn into weeks, turn into months.
The problem is, the task is WAY too big and complicated to take action on it. You are staring at an elephant and trying to figure out how to eat it all in one bite.
The solution.
Take that big task and "munchy" it down into the small bite-size steps to complete it.
First you break it down into the big steps, then break the big steps into the small steps.
Some big steps:
* Create the opt-in offer
* Choose an email hosting solution
* Create your opt-in page and confirmation page
* Add the opt-in form
* Test the process
Then you take the big step, "create the opt-in offer" and break that down into the small steps.
So first you will need to figure out what your optin offer will be, then create an outline for the offer, then create the actual thing you will be giving away for free (your offer), edit it if it is digital content, create the download page for it, upload the page and the content to be downloaded to your site. DONE with that step.
By doing this you are creating to-do items you CAN take action on and accomplish quickly.
You can open up a spreadsheet (or word document, or just write it out on paper) and start typing the Big Steps.
Then for each Big Step, type the little steps.
Now you have your complete Action Plan to accomplish this next project in your business. (Also it gives you a lot of small little steps you can cross off when you complete them… doesn't it feel great crossing off to-do items!)
Weekly Plan
Last year, when I did my end of the year review, I realized if I did this one 15 minute activity each week — that was a HIGHLY productive week. And if I did NOT do this one 15 minute activity — that was a very NON-productive week.
Wouldn't it make since to spend 15 minutes once a week (I do it either Sunday night or first thing Monday morning) doing this activity and virtually guarantee it will be a productive week?
Here is a quick 12 minute training video on Taking Action With The Weekly Plan, as well as the exact templates I use every week, walking you through the process. (This is normally only provided to all of our new customers, but its so important want to give it to you right now too.)
As you will notice in the video, the list of small little to-do's you created above now fit perfectly into your weekly plan.
Again, make this a weekly habit and your results will shoot through the roof.
Mini-Blasts
OK, this one has been the biggest breakthrough for me. And is the last piece of the "Being Super-Productive 101" puzzle. It is also a critical one if you are doing this part-time right now.
1. The Slow And Steady
2. The Massive Action
3. And the Mini-Blast
Slow and steady is what most people do… and it dooms you to failure.
The reason why is because you are making small incremental progress over a long period of time. That means you are not creating any momentum in your business… everything just seems to drag on and take forever. And distractions and obstacles are popping up constantly and zapping you of your time and energy.
And you are not seeing or recognizing the progress you are really making. So instead of being encouraged and excited about your wins and progress, you are discouraged and view your so called lack of progress as a negative. It now becomes negative de-motivation.
Eventually you either give up or move onto the next shiny object to repeat the pattern over again.
Obviously not a good scenario, but one that is probably all too familiar with yourself.
Massive Action is awesome, however maybe 1% to at most 5% of the population is really hard-wired for the Massive Action approach.
That is where you "lock yourself" up for however long it takes, 2 weeks, a month, 90 days and focus almost exclusively on your business.
I had a friend who was hard wired like this. When he decided he was going to do this online business thing, he made the "3 People Negotiations" with his family, friends and himself and took massive action.
It took him 90 days to create a product, learn all the tech stuff to get a site up and order processing in place, create a sales letter and launch his business. The result, he made over $100,000 his first 4 months.
Only problem, I couldn't do that and most people can't do that either. We would burn ourselves out and go crazy after a week or two! Again doomed to failure.
That brings us to the good ole' Mini Blast.
That takes the best of both of the previous approaches without the negatives. And gives you a solution that works for the rest of us.
The Mini-Blast is where you set aside a block of time and ONLY work on your most important, result producing activities in your business. And you remove all distractions — no email, no phone calls, no TV, no crying kids, just you and your computer.
This may be 3 hours one night after work, or 1 whole day over the weekend, or 8 hours over an entire afternoon and evening, or you take off a day of work and spend 3 straight days.
Whatever it is, the keys are:
1) an extended period of consecutive time
2) ONLY focused on your most important, result producing activities (or solving your biggest challenges, such as tech issues)
3) with no distractions, you are only focused on your online business and your Action Plan
You will end up accomplishing more in that mini-blast than days or even weeks via the slow and steady approach.
You will also have created a lot of momentum in your business.
And you will have seen a lot of progress which gives you a lot of inner motivation and is very energizing.
Then, in between your mini-blasts you go back to the slow and steady approach to keep moving forward, making progress and ride the momentum you created until your next mini-blast.
On the graph, the red line is your slow and steady only line, the green line is your mini-blast approach line. You get a big jump with the mini blast, then keep moving forward with slow and steady, then another big jump.
There are some other important factors, like making the "3 Time Negotiations," that we will cover in future blog posts. So be sure to subscribe to the blog update email list and RSS feed so you see them when they come out.
Next week (on Tuesday April 28th) I will be doing a completely free and in-depth webcast training focused entirely on something we have been doing here at Nitro. I have seen the writing on the wall that an area of online business we ALL rely on is about to experience a radical (and costly change).
And we have been proactively making important changes in our business so we are not member's of the online road kill (but instead profit immensely over the coming months and years)… and I want to let you in on it too.
Keep an eye out for emails over the next few days on how to register for this webcast.
In the meantime, please post your questions and comments below about the topic of these 3 Taking Action Strategies so I can incorporate them into future blog posts and trainings.
Everybody has a story of their first "big break" that pulled them into success online.
Maybe you're still looking for your first big break online too.
I'll share with you my story to help you get to your big breakthrough this year.
It was 1998.
I had a niche site and an email newsletter with 1,500 people.
I was making anywhere from $500 to $1,000 a month promoting affiliate products.
And the one that worked best for me, I would keep emailing the owner of the site with suggestions. My thought, if he did the things I told him, the site would convert more sales and I would make more commissions.
He would always reply back, "Kevin, these are awesome ideas, but you don't understand… I'm so busy with my other business I don't have time to spend on this site anymore."
After several months of this, he replied back, Kevin, what if you implement these for me and we split the profits?"
Too busy failing to actually succeed!
What was my first thought?
I was too busy with all the things I was working on (that weren't making me any money) to actually jump at an opportunity that would make me more than I ever had online.
Hopefully you don't make that mistake like I almost did!
Fortunately I got over that stupid thinking and got on the phone with Joshua.
He started telling me about his other company, that was doing 8 figures a year and growing quickly.
How he would create a marketing campaign and within the first 24 hours have thousands of new customers.
Selling things like cell phones, software, online games, niche ebooks, lead generation and more.
And how he was about ready to shut the site I was an affiliate for down because he didn't have time to mess with it because it was only doing $3,000 a month.
But he would give me a chance.
He was going to let me implement my ideas and we would split the revenue.
Fortunately I said yes because my life instantly started to change.
Within months I increased the sales at the site by 500% and for the first time, really saw the power of the Internet. And I was constantly soaking in all the knowledge Joshua would throw my way.
And to this day, he has been a great mentor and now also a close trusted friend. Just last year he invited me to his house to celebrate his birthday, his wife's birthday and their anniversary (they all happen at the same.)
To sum it up…
The guy is a genius when it comes to online business. He sees trends and GETS online marketing at a level I've rarely seen before.
A Big Break For You.
Virtually the entire time I've known Joshua, he was always the guy behind the HUGE online successes. He would be the one that REALLY made things happen but you would never know about.
And he rarely shared his knowledge outside of his close friends like myself.
Fortunately, at the strong encouragement from all the people he has privately helped (myself included) he is deciding to share his wisdom with you.
What's the "rule" for making the leap from "beginner" to "full-time online" this year?
I'm always talking with our customers who have made that leap and now work from home and make a full-time income with their online business. (You can read the case studies of some of these full-time online Nitro customers here.)
And what I'm about to share with you, at first may sound daunting, but that feeling will quickly be replaced with exhilaration.
It's called "The 100 Hour Rule".
My definition is:
"100 hours of REAL work focused on one outcome will give you an online business making consistent income every day."
That's the first step to full-time online success, is first achieving part-time online success.
That's when you are waking up every day and knowing your online business is making you money that day.
And when you break that down, if you spend 10 hours a week, that is 10 weeks… or a little under 3 months.
If you follow the 100 Hour Rule, within 3 months your online business can be making you consistent daily income.
And then, to follow that up is the "500 Hour Rule".
"500 hours of REAL work focused on one outcome will give you an online business making a full-time income."
That's when you are waking up when you want to, no job to go to, no commute to suffer through, no T.P.S. reports to fill out. And instead you get to sit at home, sip some coffee, play with the kids and decide what you want to work on that day.
At just 10 hours a week, that's less than 1 year and you are at the full-time online level.
Imagine this time next year you've DONE IT, you've turned in your 2 weeks notice, cleared out your desk, threw away your alarm clock and are now working from home because of your online business.
It's a great feeling, isn't it?
OK, right about now you're mind is telling you "I have been working 10 hours a week and that hasn't happened yet… what are you talking about?"
I understand completely. When I first got started online I didn't understand this either. Nobody ever told me, "Kevin, this is the way it is." Instead I had to figure out the HARD way… all of those ways that don't work to discover the ones that do.
And I'm sure you're experiencing the same. You are doing what you think is best because nobody helped you by showing you a better way.
That's my goal, to share my lessons learned on what REALLY works instead of what DOESN'T work.
Two Key Distinctions
Let's dig into the definition to see what it REALLY means because the power lies in the details with this one.
And then will give you a powerful yet simple tip you can put to use.
Here it is again: "100 hours of REAL work focused on one outcome will give you an online business making consistent income every day."
There are two key parts.
100 hours of REAL work
and
focused on one outcome
Its human nature to be looking for the "greener grass on the other side of the fence". A common term is "shiny object syndrome".
I've been guilty of this just like you.
Something new comes out, the marketing is hitting all of those psychological triggers and product launch hot buttons, and our Shiny Object Magnet switch flips on to full-power.
Next thing you know, hours, days, even weeks have passed chasing the shiny object to discover you are the same place you were when you started.
Where as, if you stay focused on one outcome your business and the steps to make it successful. And only looked for things that would make that business more successful faster. And wasn't a distraction from your outcome, or sent you down yet another shiny object rabbit hole.
You would of course be much further along today. Seems simple and obvious, but in the day to day
The tougher question to ask yourself, but one you deserve to ask yourself is…
Are the things I'm spending my time doing "REAL Work" or "Busy Work"?
Here are some examples of "busy work"…
having an inbox full of 539 marketing emails and reading them, just because they are there and engaging, with no purpose for doing so
buying an ebook, skimming through it, then never doing anything
watching more free videos somebody posted online giving you more shiny objects to think about
dabbling, doing a little here, a little there… with no plan on what you are doing, where you are going, the steps you need to complete to get there
Is this your typical day working at your online business?
Turn on computer, download email, read the latest emails you got from all the lists you are on. Clicking on a few links, watching a video for 30 minutes, going back to email to see what new messages came in you need to read. Going back online to check out your favorite site because you deserve a break from work. Thinking about a new blog post you could write but never putting those thoughts into writing. Opening up your aweber account to see how many new subscribers you got, only to be disappointed yet again that you have the same 23 people on your list. Download more email and spending the next 45 minutes reading and clicking on links.
Whoops, its getting late, time to close up shop after another productive day working on your business.
The problem is…
During that entire time, there was not a single action taken that moved your business forward. Nothing that made your business better today then the day before. Yes, there was a lot of time spent on activity, but no time spent on action.
How do I know this? At one time that was my life, and my results… or more like no results showed it.
Of course that example "day in the life" was an exaggeration, but compare yourself with that list and this next one.
To contrast that, I kept a running list of what I accomplished in one 8-hour day last week.
wrote 21 autoresponder or broadcast emails
wrote 2 blog posts
created 3 new pages for a new sales funnel
recorded a 45 min camtashia training video
started work on a new sales video
put together a new offer for a promotion we are running
checked stats to see how the business is performing
answered 2 dozen emails from people I'm working with (either in our company or other companies)
spent 15 minutes answering questions on our customer forum
and went through part of a product I purchase to learn a new skill
and 15 minutes browsing through my folder of emails from all the lists I'm subscribed to, checking to see what's up in the online world.
Here's the million dollar question to ask yourself…
If you spent 10 hours a week, that look like that second list, how great would your online success become over the next few months?
Obviously the answer is you would run circles around the person who spends their time doing the "busy work" stuff.
Maybe that second list seems daunting, like you could never do that.
If that thought even remotely entered your mind, not a problem.
I started off just like you and over time learned some tricks to get the full-time online results I now see.
Your Next Step…
On Thursday, October 8th, I will be holding a brand new webinar that shares with you the most important tricks, steps and techniques to reaching your go of going full-time online. Look for an email on Monday to register and reserve your spot on this free webinar.

P.P.S. How many hypnotic tweaks do you think this blog post contains? You'll be able to spot them (and start using them yourself) after tonight's training!
This is a weekly series called “Everyday Entrepreneur” profiling successful online entrepreneurs who are seeing great success right now. No greater opportunity exists to start creating a part-time online income and then turn it into a full-time income then right now.
Please share this link with others who would benefit from a weekly dose of success.
Imagine going into work tomorrow and uttering those words and meaning it!
No matter how miserable you are in your job, no matter how much you long for the liberty you'd enjoy building a business of your own. You may be thinking in the back of your mind, is it really possible to go full-time online, especially in today's economy?
The answer is a responding yes and there's a guy in Dallas, Texas who just a few days ago did what might make budding online entrepreneurs still working at a job inspired in what's possible…
He gave notice at his job — to pursue his online business full-time.
Teevee Aguirre has been in management for 15 years, and has worked as the manager of a grocery store for the past several years. But as of March 1, 2009, he'll kiss all of that goodbye, and will begin working from home - or wherever else he wants to - as a full-time online entrepreneur.
So I asked Teevee the question that's got to be on the mind of everyone who's heard about his plan: Are you nuts?
He doesn't miss a beat.
He's done the math, and figures he could actually have quit a while back, comfortably. Adding together what he spends on gas, clothing, meals, and other expenses he racks up by working at a job, by working from home, he's automatically saving money.
His site's profitable, and between the money he's making online and the money he'll save, he'll be just fine, thank you very much.
That says nothing of the increase he's likely to see once he's able to devote more of his time to building his online business instead of spending time working at a job around the clock
Teevee started out like many people who catch a vision for building an online business. Being able to use his own mind, thoughts, and experiences to create something of value to people, something that could improve their lives — and where he could make money while he sleeps — was exciting.
Teevee was intrigued by the idea of not having to punch a clock, and physically work at a job to create his income. Instead, he could create a product and make money from it over and over.
Of course, once he got bit by the internet marketing bug, he faced the same challenges many internet entrepreneurs face.
He wanted it yesterday. There was so much to learn, so much to do, and he quickly realized this was not something he'd accomplish in a weekend. It was like catching a glimpse of the promised land, and then realizing he had to embark on a journey to get there. Quitting day would not come next week, or even next month.
This is where a lot of online marketers get frustrated and quit — or get tempted to take shortcuts that ultimately lead to dead ends. But Teevee did something really smart: he gave himself permission to take his time with it. He says, "If you truly want to make money, you've got to learn to let go of that pride that says you can do it quickly without following a step-by-step system." Take the time to learn what you need to learn.
At first he tried to do it patchwork-style. There is a ton of free information out there on how to build an internet business. Some of it is good. Some of it is horrible. If you try to assemble parts and pieces from a variety of sources, you're much more likely to end up with the Frankenstein version of a business rather than one that's sleek and profitable, one that actually makes enough money that you can quit your day job.
Teevee says he was constantly tempted to "invest" in the latest fad or "secret" to making millions online or take shortcuts. It's a common problem among budding internet marketers, and one he was warned about as he went through the Nitro Blueprint System. The problem with doing that is that before you know it, you're trying to execute ten different strategies at once. You're constantly jumping ship into the next promising no-fail tactic, and the end result is that you're unfocused and going nowhere.
Once he learned to focus on one thing at a time, and master it before adding something else, he got traction and started getting results.
He had too many ideas. This happens a lot to entrepreneurs — there's no shortage of ideas, and each one holds enough promise that it's easy to get derailed but hard to follow through until the point of completion. Teevee and his business partner Brad, when starting their first site, resolved to learn the system, to crack the code — before branching out into other niches. They learned how to build their systems, to put the idea together and then outsource it to get it built. Now, with the success of www.pumaskills.com to draw from, they can apply the same process to other ideas.
Teevee and Brad did something really smart — they worked together, and they followed a proven system. Teevee says they actually posted the roadmap poster included in the Nitro Blueprint System on the wall so they could visually mark where they were in the process.
Success didn't happen overnight. In fact, Teevee says he worked on their site for several months before they ever took money out of the business. But having that first check made the prior months worth it.
"As an entrepreneur, you have to be ready to work for free for a while — you don't just get a check, like when you punch a clock at a job," he says.
Between working 50 or more hours a week at his job it was a challenge to find time to invest in his online business. Maintaining the energy and momentum during the building process for a sustained time period was a challenge. But his persistence and the daily habits he learned with the Blueprint have paid off. By freeing himself from his day job, he'll have more time to devote to growing his current business, starting new projects to creating more income.
"If we did this much while I was still working at a job, with such limited time, just imagine what I'll be able to do now," Teevee says.
His plans for expansion also include teaching and training others, especially children. With the liberty his online business will provide, he hopes to work with a local community center to mentor high school kids.
Teevee's advice to other entrepreneurs about starting an online business:
When you find yourself getting off track, get back on where you left off.
Find someone to partner with, a mastermind group, or someone you can call to keep yourself accountable.
And don't forget to reward yourself along the way — acknowledge your successes and take time to relax rather than just constantly raising the bar for what you commit to accomplishing.
P.S.
When you get the Nitro Blueprint System course, you also receive, as a bonus, a free ticket to our upcoming Everyday Entrepreneur 3-Day Workshop. (A ticket would normally cost $1,995 on its own.)
And you're probably giving serious consideration to getting Mass Control (obviously it works, you're seeing it in action the past week.)
To thank you for being a Nitro member, and because I believe strongly in the quality and money getting ability of Mass Control, I'm giving you something really good.
The perfect mass control bonus.

BRAND NEW
One thing we are known for is pioneering the entire 1-click multiple upsell process several years ago. It was most recently made popular with the "Launch Tree" promotion in April of this year.
Anybody who talks about it now, either directly or indirectly learned it from us. Many people call Nitro the "Godfathers" of modern day upsell.
Last year we came out with an advanced training program called Nitro Quattro that sells for $997. One of the 10 modules was on upsells.
This month I'm giving all of our Quattro customers the 2009 Update to the upsell module. It shows exactly how we average a $448.56 average customer upsell value, just from our upsell funnel.
Most people are happy with a $50 customer value. People consider $100 a home run. Ours is $448.56 (10 times higher than most anybody else) because of some POWERFUL discoveries we have made from all of our testing and tracking.
For the first 10 people who get Mass Control from this link, not only will you receive our $30 Per Opt-In Bonus. I will also mail you a complete physical copy of our Nitro Quattro Home Study Course… and give you access to the updated for 2009 Upsell Module that shows you EXACTLY how we average $448.56 just in upsells from every front end customer.
This is the perfect compliment to Mass Control and can't wait to see how much cash it puts into your pocket the next few months.
3) We will give you our training program that is ONLY for our team here at Nitro, it's NOT for sale.
It shows you exactly how to duplicate our most successful sales funnel that averages $30.75 PER Opt-In!
And, the first 10 people will also receive our $997 Nitro Quattro Home Study Course… as well as the updated training showing you exactly how we average $448.56 in upsells per customer.
When I got started online, I did EVERYTHING myself.
Chief bottle washer, bottle cap counter and toilet bowl cleaner!
All my time was spent answering support questions, fixing broken links on my site, writing content, figuring out how to get a new opt-in form up at the site. And, if I was lucky, fit in a couple minutes to do some marketing so I actually made some money from all my busy-ness.
After awhile that got old, FAST.
And if I kept it up, I'd still be struggling today to make a few dollars while working my butt off 20 hours a day, 7 days a week.
It wasn't long before I began to outsource the activities I didn't like.
Automate the stuff that was repetitive.
And turned my business into a system that other people could run for me.
Now I get to spend my time doing the things I LOVE in my business while enjoying life to its fullest.
When should you start outsourcing, automating and systemizing your business?
DAY 1 (meaning TODAY)
If you start to develop this habit now, even if you are getting started, you will thank me BIG TIME over the coming months as years.
Especially when you look at the poor folks who read this and think "I'll do that later" and are miserable, struggling to make any money and become slaves to their business. While you outsourced all the junk you don't want to do anymore, automate all the mind-numbing activities that need to be done, and your business runs day-in-day-out like a well oiled machine.
It, quite frankly, is never too early to start outsourcing, automating and systemizing… if you know the right way to do it.
HOW To Make It Happen?
(OPTION 1) If you are an owner of our Nitro Blueprint System. Then you already have our "brain dead simple" training on this topic.
-or-
(OPTION 2) If you don't own either of those, but would love to get your hands on our "brain dead simple" training on "Outsourcing-Automating-Systemizing" your business…
…then do the following.
First, go to this page and take a trial of Rich Schefren's awesome "Cash Maps" program. Every single month he sends you a big envelope full of "process maps" for each area of your business.
This is your secret weapon to outsourcing and systemizing your business. Trust me, these rock, I've been a paying customer since August of last year just like you will become.
And, after you get it (there's no risk to check it out). Then, next, go here and submit a support ticket and include a copy of your receipt and we will give you our "brain dead simple" training on how to outsource, automate and systemize your business.
The monthly Cash Maps… or our super-simple training are awesome on their own. Then, when you combine the two of them, the synergy is off the charts. That's why I'm letting you have our training when you get Cash Maps today.
Its hard to convey emotion in words.
But if we were sitting across from each other, you would feel my pain and agony I had to go through to learn this lesson. And hear my conviction on the importance of taking action on this. And see my excitement and happiness I now have after figuring this out.
Hopefully something "clicked" with you and, instead of "doing it later," you're going to take action on this today. Your business, your family and your life will thank you!
Before 'PNM'…
As far as, picking my niche…I had made a long list but was unclear as to which one to use. Watching the webinar and buying Proven Niche Markets has taught me first of all, taking action is the only way that I will move forward in the direction that I will feel good about. Second, it absolutely helped me by doing the research for the niches I am interested and I have settled into one area that I will be working for 3 months straight. I feel so informed and inclined to take the action needed. Thank you so much for clearing up for the questions that were on my mind.
Why buy 'PNM'…
I felt stuck with a million ideas of interest and not going on to taking action. I felt that the purchase of Proven Niche Markets would give me the jump start that I needed to find my niche. I needed to breathe and relax and this purchase has done just that. My first impression was "Wow…this list is so impressive and I am ready to dive in and pick out the niche that I wanted to use."
My results with 'PNM'…
My "ah-ha" moment came to me after I listed about 6 choices of my favorite niches. I used the graph to calculate the scores and came up with my perfect niche. I was finally able to communicate with my husband about the niche I had chosen, how I had done it and most of all what were my next steps. This also helped me to share that "ah-ha" moment with him and we both are fired up!
I want to thank you for giving me the little push to move forward. I now feel my visions are stronger and I now feel again the confidence in myself that was so desperately need. Again, thanks so much!!!
Here's Greg Free's experience…
Before 'PNM'…
I was utterly overwhelmed, asking myself what I 'love to do', that I could make money from. Cruising magazine racks at Barnes and Noble. Basically wasting valuable time.
Why buy 'PNM'… ROI, plain and simple. Your research method is sledgehammer logic. These markets are alive and kicking today, based on data from some names that have been hugely successful at what I want to do. I got 241 markets to work for $97.
My results with 'PNM'…
I have had time to open them both and skim through. I will go full-bore Saturday morning. I ranked my markets, got my top 10, brainstormed 2 review sites and found 1 affiliate program. Expertly put together, this is hand-holding with no hands. As for me, if I was one to make excuses, $97 just covered every excuse I could possibly make about not starting my business online.
I was very impressed. This is the first product I have purchased from Nitro and you have exceeded my expectations in presentation and content.

Before 'PNM'…
I did not have a clear direction. I wish I had found your services before I had spent close to $ 2,000 with other marketers.
Why buy 'PNM'…
To get help with my search to find a market to cater to.
My results with 'PNM'…
Very satisfied. Like I said, I wish I had found you first. Discovering the range of markets. There are a lot of markets that I would not have guessed the public would be responsive to.
I feel, you have services that actually help those like me to get started.

Before 'PNM'…
I was in the process of figuring out what a good niche would be.
Why buy 'PNM'…
It seemed like a great shortcut to finding profitable niches.
My results with 'PNM'…
After looking at all the search terms PNM had supplied I realized there are nearly limitless options when it comes to creating a product.
I love the different comprehensive lists PNM supplies because it's packed with words that act as springboards to great products.

Before 'PNM'… I'm totally new to online business. I guess I'm like everyone else, not sure how to get started. Didn't have a clue about how to pick a niche.
Why buy 'PNM'…
I had that "ah hah" moment when I saw your webinar. Made me very curious to go to the website. Normally I just skip the sales page if it doesn't grab my attention in the first few paragraphs. Your page was different. The webinar kind of opened me up. These people had something to say. I actually read every word.
My results with 'PNM'…
At first I was a little disappointed. Let me explain. I went to look at the list first. I just thought well this is very helpful. N-O-T!!! I then decided I need to read the book or I'm going to return this package!!
Can I just say WOW!!!
I read the book!! It was like you guys just jumped into my head and knew what I was thinking. I stayed up all night. Just to devour all of the content. I can't even imagine the work that was involved to put this together. But I'll tell you what… I'm ready to jump in with both feet. Thank you so much. Now I can get started online! I wouldn't change a thing with Proven Niche Markets.

Before 'PNM'…
I had decided to select clickbank affiliate products, set up websites and drive traffic to them. I was able to set up several websites but traffic was light.
Why buy 'PNM'…
I did keyword search on the websites I set up but it was very time intensive. I saw the value in the Proven Niche Markets product immediately because it came with the niche's keywords.
My results with 'PNM'…
My first impression was, wow, I've got information for literally hundreds of websites. And websites that will be keyword rich, in prime niche markets.
Previously I had been doing the right things, but in the wrong markets. My websites were not as keyword optimized as they should have been. Now I know I have the right information, i.e the best niches and the correct keywords. My Ah-Ha moment came when I realized that regardless of the niches I picked, I couldn't go wrong because it was a winner!
I have decided to select several of the niches, and select an affiliate product in that niche, and do a product review website that describes the problem and how the product can fix the problem. I will use articles, press releases and social media/blogs to drive traffic.

Before 'PNM'…
Actually I'm just starting…and new to all of this.
Why buy 'PNM'…
It's a no brainier, why would anyone want to reinvent the wheel?! When I first heard about niche markets I was totally lost…where do I start? Thanks to you guys I now know.
My results with 'PNM'…
Wow! As you can probably see I saw the light. What impressed me the most is that I now know were to concentrate and target my efforts as a newbie. I've already identified several niche markets, thanks to your program.
The "ah-ha" moment was the realization that I can do this and achieved a lot more with your program "Proven Niche Markets" by piggyback on what's been proven…and not have to worry so much about how to figure out what keywords to use…since it's all part of the program.
It's a fantastic program! And I'm grateful for what I've learn so far about PNM before launching a website/blog…Its raised my confidence.
Once you've chosen a domain name for your website, the next step some people view as a big one…when really its very simple.
Getting website hosting.
As you can imagine, with more than 12 years of doing business online… I've had to
learn the ins and outs of making a good website hosting decision.
I'll give you a few tips, then make it really easy for you to make a good decision too.
Here is my "checklist" for hosting. Not having all of these items will almost always lead to frustration with your website hosting.
(Take it from me, don't learn these lessons the HARD way through bad experiences!)
–> They must have 24/7 phone, email and chat support. When you need help ASAP, you
don't want to wait for "business hours".
–> They need to use Cpanel. This is the simplest most reliable way we've seen to manage your account. Does thinks like setting up email accounts adding another domain and more.
–> They need to support Fantastico. This software makes installing complex programs like shopping carts, forums, image galleries and 50+ other programs as easy as pushing a button. (Instead of paying 50-dollars or more for somebody to install it for you.)
–> The company needs to be big enough they are not going to go out of business. (But not so big they can't provide excellent support.) That is a really bad day when you hosting company literally "disappears" in the middle of the night leaving you high and dry.
–> Finally, cost, there is no need to be paying 100-dollars a month for basic hosting when starting out. For 10 to 15 dollars a month you should get everything you need, including the ability to have as many websites hosted on your account as you want and your own IP address. Paying more than that is un-needed and paying less than that means the company is cutting corners on support and hardware.
With all that said, obviously we've done our homework and recommend a company that meets all of those criteria.
Here's some more helpful advice to make the right decision for you.
If I were you, I'd choose the 'Business' level hosting account for a couple of really important reasons.
– The most important of which is that with a 'Business' account, you get your very own IP. I'm not going to get all technical on what an IP address is.
What matters to you, with a shared IP (that the other plans come with), if one of the 300+ other customers on that IP does something wrong (like gets that IP 'blacklisted' from various email providers)EVERYBODY suffers with your emails (even emails you sent personally to somebody)not getting delivered. That really sucks.
With your very own IP, as long as you don't do anything wrong, your emails messages will get through just fine.
– The other important reason is you can host any number of websites on your account. Yep, want 100 sites, you still pay the same amount each month. Really cool deal. If you are like most everybody I know, you are not going to have just 1 site, you will have 2, 10, 20, even 100 or more over the coming months and years. This will save you a fortune!

The best advice I’ve gotten in building a profitable business online or offline, is to find a market that already EXISTS, make sure people are already buying in it, and then offer them something similar to what they’re spending their money on… and make YOUR product BETTER.
If it’s a highly competitive market, or there are serious barriers to entry, reconsider.
If there are NO players in that market, the thinking will be that it’s a huge opportunity, and you’ll feel giddy as a school girl at the possibilities.
However, it’s a big red flag…
Chances are, there’s a reason why no one is competing in that market. It’s counter-intuitive thinking, but it makes sense! The false notion is that you have to create something new or something no one has ever thought of to go make millions with it. TV shows like “The Big Idea” feed into this misconception.
But statistically speaking, your chances of making it big with a brand new, fresh invention are close to 15%… VERY low.
Granted, the payoff is huge if you get lucky and offer something that people actually fall in love with and want to spend money on, but that’s rarely the case. You might as well go to Vegas.
Inventing something fresh is trying to create a brand new market that doesn’t already exist, which is extremely difficult to do. That’s why the Thomas Edisons and the Henry Fords of the world are rare.
If there’s a market niche that already exists with only a handful of competitors, the barriers to entry are low, and the competitors are making a lot of money… bingo. You got yourself a potentially big opportunity in front of you.
It’s also counter-intuitive to think about what people in any market are already asking for. What’s coming up in people’s conversations? What are they already frustrated with? What are they buying and using right now that’s satisfying them, but is lacking something that could satisfy them MORE?
Fill a gap that’s already there. Don’t try to create one.
