Who: Bryant Jones, "The Mobile Adventure Entrepreneur"
Website: www.ExitMyJob.com/vip/
Shut up and fish.
That's what it says on Bryant Jones' favorite shirt – the one his son made for him, that he wears while he works from home, or wherever in the world he happens to be.
But it's also his best advice to you if you're building an online business of your own.
Funny thing is, fish actually play a recurring role in Bryant's success story.
He worked as an internet consultant back in 1995, when simply being able to get onto the internet was a skill most people lacked. From there, he worked for Sony in tech support, then for Homebuilder.com, then FishingWorks.com as a marketing manager. After that site dot-bombed, he started his own lead generation business, which became hugely successful. So successful, in fact, that he moved back home to East Texas… to an area where the hunting and fishing was legendary.
There was no industry there – no jobs in sight. Just fish.
The business had to work. Or else he'd kiss goodbye his dream of working only when he wanted, of having a business that supported the lifestyle he wanted.
Within 18 months he'd done half a million dollars in lead generation on the web. Bryant knew his purpose, knew what he wanted, and it just happened as he worked. For six years, from 2000-2006, this lead generation business let Bryant fish to his heart's content. He spent maybe 10-15 hours working most weeks. The rest of the time, he was out on the water.
Sounds idyllic, but it brought up one of the biggest challenges Bryant ever faced.
"The harder you work, the better you are."
"If you work hard, you're a good provider for your family."
"Real men work a lot."
When he moved back to Texas to fish the waters of his childhood, Bryant figured he had it made – he finally had the time and money he needed to spend his days fishing with his family and friends. Instead, he became kind of an oddity.
Out on the water, the conversation between boats went something like this:
"You on vacation?" an old-timer would ask. "No, sir. I live here. I fish almost every day." "You don't work? Your daddy must be rich, huh?"
It was the voice plaguing many internet marketers – fear of success, challenging the link between what we do and who we are, as in: "When are you going to get a real job?"
Overcoming those voices and doing this for himself was the biggest challenge.
He hit some pretty major walls – a divorce, a couple of bad business decisions, a complete loss of the passion he'd once had for the lead generation business – and his business came to a screeching halt.
He cut his lines, and went looking for a job.
"Do you know who Joe Vitale is?"
This was the remarkable first question out of the interviewer's mouth. Bryant had answered an ad on Craigslist, landed an interview, and got the job. A year prior, after reading Joe's "Attractor Factor" Bryant had set the intention to work with people like Joe, to be surrounded by mentors and
friends like that.
This company delivered Joe's coaching program, along with our Nitro Blueprint Online Business Coaching. Bryant was surrounded by coaches and mentors just like he'd dreamt of – and soaked every bit of it in. Things were going well for him, and he was making a nice, steady six-figure income.
Then realized he was in … an OFFICE! He found himself staring out the window, yearning to get back to the boat, to travel and see the world. His job began to feel like golden handcuffs.
Pressed for what he considers his biggest mistake in building his online business, Bryant points to the year and four months he spent in that job. Not because it wasn't time well spent, but because it fed into his lack of belief that he could build the business of his dreams and that kept him from actually doing it much sooner.
What he ended up doing is a pretty unique application of Nitro's programs. Rather than starting up an info marketing or e-commerce site of his own, he decided to use what he learned to help other online business owners become more profitable. He'd apply these traffic generation and monetization techniques to their existing businesses, and they'd share the resulting additional profits.
Once he got this idea and realized it was time to take action, things happened fast. In fact, Bryant was almost surprised himself as we nailed down the following timeline.
August 2008 – Attended the legendary Nitro Quattro workshop
September 2008 – Got his first client and started implementing the Quattro system for him, and turned in his resignation at his job.
October 1, 2008 – Left for the mountains of Colorado for a month
November – December – Traveled throughout Mexico
January - March 2009 – Traveled throughout Asia. Along the way, he accomplished two items from his "bucket list" – photographing clown fish in Indonesia and visiting Thailand.
Notice anything funny about that quick timeline?
The last mention you see of "working" in any traditional sense was in September 2008. Since then, he's been working, but has been completely portable – as he says, "living the life of the rich and famous, without needing to be rich or famous."
The idea is simple: make a no-lose offer to someone who could use your expertise, then get a percentage of the increase. That's how he ended up in Thailand. He attracted a client who is based there several months out of the year. In consulting for that client, he ended up with his whole trip paid for, all the while making a healthy commission which matched his old salary, living at about 1/10th the cost of living in the States.
That takes us to Bryant's new venture, www.ExitMyJob.com/vip/
It shows you how to leave your job and create a completely mobile lifestyle — how to run your business no matter where in the world you are traveling or living. If you've ever dreamed of traveling the world, running your business from a beach in an exotic country one month and the ski slopes of the Alps the next — and it costs you less than living at home, then www.ExitMyJob.com/vip/ is for you.
Bryant calls it being a Mobile Adventure Entrepreneur.
"I'm frickin' happy to wake up in the morning! I can work from anywhere. I can travel and as long as there's internet, I'm good. I'm getting ready to head back to Thailand and spend the next year living in a luxury beach front condo for $600 a month."
The hours he puts in now – are enjoyable. His life is about being fluid, following whatever projects excite him. His time is no longer mapped out for him. His commute is a maximum of ten feet from bedroom to desk. His work wardrobe? Flip flops, cowboy boots, and of course… that "Shut up and fish" shirt.
Not bad words to live by!
He's hoping to shake people out of their belief that they can't travel or live the life they've always dreamed of. He says, "If you adjust your life a little, you could have a business you could do from anywhere. There's no reason not to go live the life you want to live – the only limitation is in your mind."

"From Pinching Pennies to Fill the Gas Tank to Pulling In Six Figures a Month (all in a year and a half)"
After twenty-three years in marketing, she was toast.
Burned out.
Jennifer McLean was tired of working so much — to make other people millions of dollars. So she did what any reasonable marketing professional would do: she quit her comfortable 6-figure salary… to go sell insurance.
Two weeks later she realized there was no way on earth that was going to work for her.
With bills to pay and an area of expertise to tap, she decided to go into freelance marketing. It was like trudging uphill with a 500-pound weight on her back. She was still so burned out that putting her energy into this new venture was just about impossible — and it floundered.
Enter Dr. Joe Vitale. (Well, on CD at least.)
Jennifer listened to some of Joe's CD's and her mind started sparking with ideas, and what began as a very humbling chain of misfires started changing into a way to live her passion. She began building an online business as an affiliate marketer, promoting someone else's product.
Screech. Crash. Major déjà vu.
She was STILL essentially in the role of doing marketing for a client. It felt the same, and once again, she had no passion for what she was doing. Her real passion, being an energetic healer, was still not quite within reach. She knew she was onto something — but this wasn't quite it.
Then she connected with Ellen Britt, who was beginning a coaching program around a teleseminar marketing model based on the Nitro Blueprint System. Jennifer said, "Sign me up."
Before long, she realized she could apply internet marketing tactics to her passion, and create a business where "Every dime in my bank account is a direct result of being of service to someone else."
The coaching program wasn't even finished before Jennifer had taken action. She was blogging, working on her mindset, connecting with potential JV partners, and creating content she could multipurpose into different formats.
Ho'oponopono.
Jennifer's first product came out of doing an eight-week presentation on an energetic healing process called Ho'oponopono, which she recorded and formatted into an eight CD set. Working with her own product and some solid JV projects, she began building an email list, and went to work on what turned out to be the turning point in her business — a teleseminar called Healing with the Masters, which brought her shoulder to shoulder with the leaders in the human potential
movement.
"They might say no."
She realized they might say no going into each phone call with these giants in her field, but knew she only needed to find twelve who would agree to be interviewed by her for her teleseminar series. Of course, Jennifer had an ace up her sleeve as she asked, and it came in the form of a 50% commission on upgrading the free participants to purchasing the series, the participants are offered this as a one-time offer after they register for the free teleseminar.
It worked so well that her list swelled to 7,000 subscribers. The second teleseminar series brought in nearly 12,000 more subscribers. Within one year, her list had more than 33,000 subscribers. Just by being herself, she created enormous loyalty in her audience — and her speakers. Rather than feeling threatened, or like a competitor to her guests, she was a gracious host, delighting in cutting their substantial affiliate checks.
It was time for another book.
Jennifer notes that, "All books are marketing vehicles. They elevate your credibility and exponentially boost your status… and a best-selling book is even more powerful."
The "Big Book of You" sold out quickly, and Jennifer's audience appreciate her
as much as any of the big name speakers in the series.
Jennifer's Timeline:
2006 - started learning about online marketing, applying what she learned… but failed.
October 07 - bought Joe Vitale CD's and started getting ideas and making $100 a month on a good month.
January 08 - Started coaching with Ellen Britt. Discovered the teleseminar model.
February 08 - Started building her teleseminar series.
April 08 - Held her first Healing with the Masters teleseminar, making $10,000 - $20,000 a month.
Summer 08 - Held another teleseminar Vibrational Healing and a 5 week program on the nature of healing.
Fall 08 - Held her third Healing with the Masters teleseminar, making $30,000 a month.
November 08 - Sold out the initial run on her "Big Book of You" and created Big Book of You Teleseminar.
Feb 09 - Held an offline workshop generated from her list Healing Life, Healing Business.
March 09 - Held her fourth Healing with the Masters teleseminar, passing the six figures a month level!
(Each of these teleseminars have also become products she continues to sell.)
Jennifer's advice to you as you're getting started:
What's ahead?
"The sky's the limit," she says.
Jennifer's hired some staff to help handle different parts of the business that are not her passion. She's planning a membership site launching in May, a publishing arm of her business, and more affiliate and JV programs featuring products she believes will help transform people's lives. Down the road, a European expansion may even be in the works.

How can you go from losing money, making no progress with your business, to making 7-figures a year?
It IS possible, in fact that's exactly what Nitro Blueprint owner Michael Lovitch did, after learning the principles you'll learn (at no-cost to you) in tomorrow's “Full-Time Online” Nitro webcast.
*Before you continue, be sure to register for the webcast now so you can learn exactly how to go full-time online this year:
http://www.NitroWebcasts.com
Then read Michael's case study below to see how he went from losing money, to making 7-figures this year:
Michael Lovitch went from IT sales to online marketing of audio hypnosis programs and has never looked back.
In charge of business development for a database encryption company, Michael had hit a ceiling. His income was capped, and even though it was a good income, he still yearned for something more.
Days of opening channel accounts for government and banks was getting old fast. Even though he had the luxury of working from home, Michael had to leave his wife and home behind once or twice every week in order to travel for work.
So he decided to take control of his destiny and start his own online business. He wanted something that involved no more travel, more freedom and no limit to how much money he could make.
Within a week of making the decision to start his online business, he and his beautiful wife learned that they were expecting their first child. That clinched it. The time had come for a new life.
As with everything he does, Michael jumped in with two feet and surrounded himself with all the resources he could. He even bought the Nitro Blueprint System. However, just buying it and using an idea or two from it; and an idea or two from another system; and “help” from someone else all meant that he basically had no guidance whatsoever.
He wasn’t following any one proven method and as such, he simply didn’t know what he was doing when he first launched his website www.hypnosisnetwork.com.
He chuckles as he recounts this story. “My first day open, I had 2 sales: my mom and my mother-in-law.” Because he didn’t have a flight plan, he was going nowhere fast. The site wasn’t profitable for the first 6 months; in fact it was losing money.
Because Michael didn’t understand the online marketing world, he naively believed that if you build it, they’ll come. He was working full-time, full-blast and getting nowhere.
Looking back Michael can see the fallacy of his ways. He gave no thought to building traffic to his site. There was no plan for how he would drive people to this impressive site.
The other thing he did was that he started out too large. He began with an inventory of 11 products, when just 2 or 3 would have allowed him to focus and do much better before growing with the addition of others.
Once Michael spotted these errors, he quickly started to remedy them. He began to network with other internet marketers and learned what they were doing right to create success. “Luckily I met Kevin and Matt of Nitro early on at a Yanik Silver event. We ended up sitting together at the Washington, DC event, ironic considering we are all based in Texas. I learned so much from them.”
==================
Lessons Learned…
==================
Networking with others who have successfully done what he wanted to do was the key to his success. Despite his rocky first six months, The Hypnosis Network is growing more each year. In its second year of business, it hit 7 figures. In fact, it is no longer growing just on the Internet; it is building a brand and hitting the big time. Michael’s site was even recently in the NY Times.
Just networking won’t be enough however. It is imperative to choose one system to follow. If you chase multiple rabbits, you won’t catch any. So commit yourself to following one success story, in order to replicate those results.
Michael began masterminding even before the Nitro Blueprint System, but he sees the added value of what could have been. He could have been so much further along and it would have been so much easier had he followed Nitro from the beginning.
Because he had a flawed structure and did not build with systems the way Nitro teaches, he now has to fix things from before. Nitro is the way to go for any internet marketer.
==================
Living the Good Life
==================
Michael still works; in fact he likes to work. However now when he travels, it’s because he wants to. He has freedom. He truly believes in the products he sells and cares about it. His wife no longer needs to work.
They can volunteer, give to charity and enjoy their financial freedom without any worries. His work has even allowed him to talk with brain science experts and psychologists. He has access to experts he respects because of the success of his company.
=====================================
Michaels’ Advice For Would-Be Internet Marketers
=====================================
This industry is the real deal. It is still wide open and nothing is easier. Incredibly, most people don’t know how to build a successful business online.
Even though it looks like the net is crowded with people offering things for sale, there are so many opportunities just waiting to be seized. So many brilliant minds have not even gotten into this yet that there is still tons of money to be made for the average hard working guy or gal, before all the sharp minds get in on it.
Surprisingly you don’t have to be the smartest or the most tech savvy individual to make this work. You just have to be committed to working hard, be organized and follow a plan.
Internet marketing is not a get rich quick scheme. But it takes commitment and hard work. Find someone who has done it and let them be your guide. Follow what they say to do.
The Nitro plan is the best plan out there. It will work for you, if you’re not a complete idiot. Apply yourself fully, all your thoughts and energy need to go into your business until you are on the path to success. You have got to think and you have got to work. Nothing happens on its own.

His days were filled with jobs and his nights were filled with paperwork—not exactly the life he envisioned. Ryan Harper was a self-employed electrician working 80 hours a week, rarely finding time to be with his wife and two young children let alone hang out with friends.
"Friends? I didn't really have any back then. Who has the time or energy after a long day of work to drive across town and do something with friends? It was all I could do to keep up with my business and my family," Ryan said.
So what did he do? He took the steps to change his life, and change it he did by becoming an online entrepreneur.
Ryan literally started his journey in the world of online money-making with zero practical online experience. In fact, he didn't even use e-mail regularly and still describes finding the "on" button to the computer his biggest challenge.
Although he had a lot to learn, Ryan persevered, plugged into the Nitro Blueprint System, and went from zero to 100 in a short amount of time.
Now, instead of longing for more time with his family and a little relaxation, he has the freedom to take the kids to school, attend soccer practice, go to the gym in the middle of the day and even take long vacations — something that was completely unheard of during his previous life, working 80 hours a week.
Ryan said one of the most vital things he learned from Nitro was to utilize others to help him build his business. As a guy with little experience, he could either spend hours upon hours of time learning every aspect of how to run and promote his business, or he could outsource.
"I realized I didn't actually have to do everything; I could delegate and monitor and get it done," Ryan says. "Although it was initially hard to let go, I learned I didn't need to be in the middle of things, I could simply set the systems in place."
And now the question everyone wants to ask: "How long did it take youto actually make money?"
Here's Ryan's timeline, starting from zero:
January 2008 - bought the Blueprint
February - came up with idea
March - worked on creating it, and launched site
May - passed 500 total customers
August - passed 500 new customers in 1 month
September - $10,000 in 1 month
October - $10,000 2nd month in a row
November - $10,000 3rd month in a row. PLUS, Garmand, the biggest GPS manufactor, contacted us to do a JV.
December - first $20,000 month!
January 2009 - record month with 1600 new customers and $18,000 in sales
February - passed $89,000 in total sales
While Ryan's path to success was relatively fast, he's the first to admit he made some mistakes along the way that possibly prevented him from reaching his financial goals even sooner.
The biggest mistake?
Shiny Object Syndrome
Like many aspiring entrepreneurs there was always the latest book or course or method to draw his interest. Each time after he experienced disappointment with the latest fad, he would return to the Nitro Blueprint System. Ryan said, "I stopped trying to reinvent the wheel and started believing that the simple way could actually work."
Ryan found that sticking with the basics and understanding them forward and backward—before moving on to more advanced techniques—helped him to build the kind of business foundation from which success grew organically. That's why he kept coming back to Nitro, sometimes shutting himself in a room to read through the entire System, in order to keep him on the right track.
"The Blueprint lays it out step-by-step and there's really no way you can't make it if you just stick with it; it takes you from nothing to a great finished product," says Ryan. "You can sell your own product or someone else's, and Nitro will help you get out of your head and get started."
Did Ryan beat himself up when he made mistakes or allow mess-ups to become major setbacks? Not at all! Instead, he believes putting himself out there, making changes along the way, and accepting his screw-ups allowed him to really get in the game, not just stand on the side-lines in research-mode.
Although Ryan says his success could have happened even sooner had he stayed focused on the system that works, the money started coming in within three months, and he was able to cover living expenses within six months. Since then, his business has experienced exponential growth.
Ryan believes one of the keys to his business success has been his emphasis on customer service. He focuses on asking customers what they want rather than trying to give them what he thinks they want. In addition, Ryan has utilized blogs, viral videos, YouTube and other Web 2.0 sites to put his SEO strategies to work. Of course, he hasn't done it all on his own, but has wisely chosen to outsource projects to ensure he is doing things the best way possible.
So how has this changed Ryan's life?
He traded his electrician's tools for a computer and now lives the life he envisioned when he began the online journey not so long ago.
His typical work day involves spending about two hours a day on his business (www.pigtones.com) and "hanging out a lot." He even took an 8-week summer vacation traveling with his family.
"The best benefits of my new lifestyle are intangible," explains Ryan. "You don't think about how much you miss when you are buried in work, but you begin to fully realize it once you are doing what you want and can enjoy life.
Ryan's advice for anyone who'd like to get their life back: Find a proven online business system and use it to create a steady stream of online income.

Who: Brad Costanzo
Website:
www.TheMultiFamilyMentor.com
www.TheMultiFamilyMentor.com/blog
"I read this book, and knew THIS was what I wanted for my life," Brad said.
You can probably guess the title of the book - it's catapulted thousands of people into internet marketing just by opening their eyes to the possibility of living life on their own terms, setting up and automating online income to finance the life they would otherwise only dream about… it's Tim Ferriss' 4-Hour Workweek.
Soon after reading the book, Brad Costanzo met Nitro Marketing's Kevin Wilke at a networking event he holds every month in Dallas. It didnt take long after meeting Kevin for him to purchase the Nitro Blueprint System. But it wasn't like he was instantly propelled into a world of tango contests and cage fighting.
In fact, when he started out about a year ago, he didn't even know what FTP meant. His primary online skills consisted of being able to surf the Internet and check e-mail. Like many internet marketers, he also had a major challenge:
"I have ADD and want to chase every shiny object," says Brad. "Looking at all the information out there, I felt like I was drinking from a fire hose."
Brad believes Nitro provided the structure he needed to stay focused. As he continued to read and learn and stretch himself in the IM world, he claims the Blueprint helped him to stick with an action plan.
"The Blueprint kept me structured, where I lacked structure," says Brad. "It's a complete step-by-step program, which is just what I needed."
Identifying the right niche was also a challenge for Brad. He and his partner knew they wanted to create a product from scratch, and they decided to go with their intuition rather than market research. Looking back, he recognizes how conducting research could have helped the product become a lot more successful, more quickly.
So what other things has Brad learned along the way?
- Focusing on one task at a time is the way to go. Brad says he should have segmented the tasks and lessons he wanted to accomplish. The lack of organization early on caused some unnecessary mistakes.
- It is important to trust the process. Confidence is so important, and getting some experience under your belt is the path to confidence. "It is 90% less scary the second time around," says Brad.
- Partner with another IM—particularly one who has used the Nitro Blueprint System. You can learn from others' experiences and keep each other on track.
- It makes sense to start with affiliate sales. Brad says if he did it over again, he would start with affiliate sales in order to build his list. Then, he would move onto creating his own product.
"It's better to learn from mistakes because you're taking action, rather than failing because you're not doing anything."
Although Brad is the first to admit he's made some mistakes along the way, he believes his IM journey has been what it should be—making things happen to determine what works and what doesn't work.
"Sometimes jumping right in can be a double-edged sword," explains Brad. "You
make mistakes, but you also get your momentum going. I prefer doing it like this, rather than suffering from analysis paralysis."
Brad's philosophy of action has paid off. Instead of sitting on the sidelines, dreaming about what could be, he is reaping the rewards of his hard work.
Just take a look at his money-making timeline:
January 2008 – Purchased the Nitro Blueprint System.
February 2008 – Came up with a niche and registered a domain.
March to May 2008 – Created a product and conducted market testing for demand.
June 2008 – Launched the product and made $1,000 the first month.
July 2008 – Doubled the money reaching $2,000 for the month.
August through November 2008 – Reached $3,000 each month.
December 2008 – Started several joint venture partnerships in his niche and made $8,500 for the month.
January 2009 – Conceptualized a new site with a friend:
www.TheMultiFamilyMentor.com
February 2009 – Started the first series of Teleseminars for this new site.
By learning from his mistakes and being willing to stretch himself, Brad is now in a place where the new opportunities come a lot easier. He is able to replicate his action plan for success.
In fact, Brad says, "Success with each new website is now a matter of when not if."
And something amazing happens once you start to see a little success online. Opportunity starts to show up and it quickly becomes a matter of having too much opportunity rather than not enough. Brad said friends started asking him for advice and bigger opportunities started to show up in his life.
While he continues to work in his former business as an independent consultant with commercial real estate, he works it on his terms. He enjoys having a flexible schedule and getting to work when and where he chooses – with clients he chooses. All this while many people in commercial real estate nowadays are happy to take whatever crumbs fall into their laps.
Perhaps even more exciting is that Brad truly enjoys working on his sites and seeing the fruits of his labor. He's surprised himself by discovering how much he enjoys working on his online businesses. His next venture is the launch of a new business with a friend:
www.TheMultiFamilyMentor.com.
Brad's advice to others is to focus on the steps, one at a time, rather than the result. He says everyone wants to be an IM millionaire, but if that is your only focus from the beginning it is easy to get discouraged. Instead, find a system, create a plan and stick with it.
To get started building an online business that gets results and makes excited about everyday, check out the Nitro Blueprint System.

Who: Jackie Lange
Website: www.CashFlowDepot.com
(Note: Jackie partnered with Jack Miller. She handles all the marketing and part of the content, and Jack (another real estate investing expert) also handles part of the content.) |
Jackie Lange had been a stay-at-home-mom for twelve years when she decided to get into real estate. Although she was not exactly tech-savvy, she did have one website advertising her business. However, before long she learned that that this one little website was generating lots of leads all over the U.S.
Jackie spent some time finding ways to distribute the leads to real estate offices around the country. Her online business grew out of this ability to share exclusive leads to others and from there the business took off.
Then several years later, after stumbling across the Nitro Blueprint System, she started a new site teaching others how to invest in real estate. This second site proved to be extremely successful.

While Jackie is pleased with her success, she says there were challenges along the way. Among the most significant hurdles was finding the right joint venture partnerships. She has made an effort to keep her prices low for her customers, but she found that other real estate investors were hiking up prices to make a bigger profit. This made it difficult for her to find fair match-ups for rewarding partnerships.
Other issues that slowed her down included trusting in people to help her with Internet marketing who could talk the talk but not walk the walk. Some of these bad experiences with IMers as well as hyped-up "pitch fest" seminars left her skeptical of receiving help from others, until she met Kevin and Matt with Nitro Marketing.
"I knew people were out there making tons more money than me, and I thought there was some secret system that I didn’t know about" laughs Jackie. "Then, I was invited to an IM mastermind group in Dallas and met Kevin and Matt, and realized there were actually people out there doing really well who have both integrity and great products."
Jackie had the opportunity to be a Beta Tester for the Nitro Blueprint System, and it helped her to identify what she should be doing to take her business to the next level. Before that, she didn’t really have a plan and admitted she was fumbling around trying to find something that would work.
"Nitro’s time-tested system has helped me to know what steps I need to take to stay focused" says Jackie. "Furthermore, Kevin Wilke’s heart is in the right place and he has a passion to see people succeed as he teaches from his own experience."
Jackie points out that NBS is not the most expensive product out there, and that too many people are fooled thinking high dollar means high value. In the case of the Nitro Blueprint System, Jackie states it is affordable because the creators want to get the info out to as many people as possible. "They want to see people succeed."
Through her online journey, Jackie has discovered that she also takes great joy in teaching others how to succeed in real estate. She acknowledges that the economic problems in the country are forcing people to look for ways to make money, and she strives to provide online training to other struggling entrepreneurs or real estate investing newbies through her site www.CashFlowDepot.com.
(Note: Jackie partnered with Jack Miller. She handles all the marketing and part of the content, and Jack (another real estate investing expert) also handles part of the content.)
Not having to work an office job since 1980, Jackie believes in the money-making potential in real estate and the Internet.
"I haven’t had to worry about money and I get to do what I want when I want, and I want to share that with people so they can stop being miserable in life," explains Jackie. "I say, if you do this and this, you can get out of that mess."
Jackie’s advice for people who are searching for ways to make income online or offline: Plug into a time-tested system and just get started on a new business, because you don’t know what the future holds. Even $100 a month can grow to $500 or $1,000, or $10,000 a month or more!

Who: Teevee Aguirre
Website: www.pumaskills.com
"I quit! Take this job and…"
Imagine going into work tomorrow and uttering those words and meaning it!
No matter how miserable you are in your job, no matter how much you long for the liberty you'd enjoy building a business of your own. You may be thinking in the back of your mind, is it really possible to go full-time online, especially in today's economy?
The answer is a responding yes and there's a guy in Dallas, Texas who just a few days ago did what might make budding online entrepreneurs still working at a job inspired in what's possible…
He gave notice at his job — to pursue his online business full-time.
Teevee Aguirre has been in management for 15 years, and has worked as the manager of a grocery store for the past several years. But as of March 1, 2009, he'll kiss all of that goodbye, and will begin working from home - or wherever else he wants to - as a full-time online entrepreneur.
So I asked Teevee the question that's got to be on the mind of everyone who's heard about his plan: Are you nuts?
He doesn't miss a beat.
He's done the math, and figures he could actually have quit a while back, comfortably. Adding together what he spends on gas, clothing, meals, and other expenses he racks up by working at a job, by working from home, he's automatically saving money.
His site's profitable, and between the money he's making online and the money he'll save, he'll be just fine, thank you very much.
That says nothing of the increase he's likely to see once he's able to devote more of his time to building his online business instead of spending time working at a job around the clock
Teevee started out like many people who catch a vision for building an online business. Being able to use his own mind, thoughts, and experiences to create something of value to people, something that could improve their lives — and where he could make money while he sleeps — was exciting.
Teevee was intrigued by the idea of not having to punch a clock, and physically work at a job to create his income. Instead, he could create a product and make money from it over and over.
Of course, once he got bit by the internet marketing bug, he faced the same challenges many internet entrepreneurs face.
- He wanted it yesterday. There was so much to learn, so much to do, and he quickly realized this was not something he'd accomplish in a weekend. It was like catching a glimpse of the promised land, and then realizing he had to embark on a journey to get there. Quitting day would not come next week, or even next month.
This is where a lot of online marketers get frustrated and quit — or get tempted to take shortcuts that ultimately lead to dead ends. But Teevee did something really smart: he gave himself permission to take his time with it. He says, "If you truly want to make money, you've got to learn to let go of that pride that says you can do it quickly without following a step-by-step system." Take the time to learn what you need to learn.
- At first he tried to do it patchwork-style. There is a ton of free information out there on how to build an internet business. Some of it is good. Some of it is horrible. If you try to assemble parts and pieces from a variety of sources, you're much more likely to end up with the Frankenstein version of a business rather than one that's sleek and profitable, one that actually makes enough money that you can quit your day job.
Teevee says he was constantly tempted to "invest" in the latest fad or "secret" to making millions online or take shortcuts. It's a common problem among budding internet marketers, and one he was warned about as he went through the Nitro Blueprint System. The problem with doing that is that before you know it, you're trying to execute ten different strategies at once. You're constantly jumping ship into the next promising no-fail tactic, and the end result is that you're unfocused and going nowhere.
Once he learned to focus on one thing at a time, and master it before adding something else, he got traction and started getting results.
- He had too many ideas. This happens a lot to entrepreneurs — there's no shortage of ideas, and each one holds enough promise that it's easy to get derailed but hard to follow through until the point of completion. Teevee and his business partner Brad, when starting their first site, resolved to learn the system, to crack the code — before branching out into other niches. They learned how to build their systems, to put the idea together and then outsource it to get it built. Now, with the success of www.pumaskills.com to draw from, they can apply the same process to other ideas.
Teevee and Brad did something really smart — they worked together, and they followed a proven system. Teevee says they actually posted the roadmap poster included in the Nitro Blueprint System on the wall so they could visually mark where they were in the process.
Success didn't happen overnight. In fact, Teevee says he worked on their site for several months before they ever took money out of the business. But having that first check made the prior months worth it.
"As an entrepreneur, you have to be ready to work for free for a while — you don't just get a check, like when you punch a clock at a job," he says.
Between working 50 or more hours a week at his job it was a challenge to find time to invest in his online business. Maintaining the energy and momentum during the building process for a sustained time period was a challenge. But his persistence and the daily habits he learned with the Blueprint have paid off. By freeing himself from his day job, he'll have more time to devote to growing his current business, starting new projects to creating more income.
"If we did this much while I was still working at a job, with such limited time, just imagine what I'll be able to do now," Teevee says.
His plans for expansion also include teaching and training others, especially children. With the liberty his online business will provide, he hopes to work with a local community center to mentor high school kids.
Teevee's advice to other entrepreneurs about starting an online business:
- Find a system you can trust and then follow it. The material's solid, so have faith in it and work through the process.
- When you find yourself getting off track, get back on where you left off.
- Find someone to partner with, a mastermind group, or someone you can call to keep yourself accountable.
- And don't forget to reward yourself along the way — acknowledge your successes and take time to relax rather than just constantly raising the bar for what you commit to accomplishing.

Starting from nothing in 2006 – no portfolio, no client list, no experience – Sue LaPointe’s commercial freelance writing business, Triumph Communications , grew so big that she faced an opportunity and a problem.
The opportunity was to build an information marketing business teaching other people how to also build thriving writing businesses from nothing. The problem was that she was literally flooded with clients and work. The 12-hour days were becoming stressful, as she found herself bogged down in project management.
Once a dream of having too much work, now the reality was that she was literally maxed out on what her company could do. Even though much of the writing and the process of getting work was outsourced, she was still overseeing every project.
Project management was a step-by-step process but she was the only one who knew those steps. How could she ever take time off from her 12 hour days? God forbid, what would happen to her business if something happened to her?
She knew that having an online business selling information was the ticket to earning residual income from her writing. But until she freed up some time to build her information marketing business, she’d still be trading time for money (a JOB!) with her writing business. Cutting back on the amount of work her business was taking in was not an option. Bills still had to be paid!
She found the solution as she was working through the Nitro Blueprint system.
Kevin Wilke advises in the Blueprint “If there is any task in a business that you are going to do more than once, you’re going to have to delegate it.” He even provides a three-step process.
- The first time you do it, learn how to do it.
- The second time you do it, document everything you do, as if you are going to teach someone else.
- The third time you do it, actually teach someone else.
As lightbulbs went off in her head, Sue immediately began to plot how to implement this idea in her own business.
Promoting from within, she hired one of her best writers as her new editor. She documented the process of saving, editing and submitting work, and delegated it to her editor.
Outsourcing this portion of her work costs only $100 per week, but gives Sue back close to 30 hours of time. Not only an awesome return on investment, this shift allowed her to expand her writing business even more and devote more time to developing her information marketing business to create new “hands-off” residual income.
In her own words, Sue LaPointe says:
“Before finding the Nitro Blueprint System, I'd invested three years and thousands of dollars trying to crack the Internet marketing code. I'd successfully built a freelance writing business, but knew information marketing was the future for my business. Thing was, I was so tied up with project management as my writing firm grew that building my site kept getting pushed to the back burner. The Blueprint has made the process a lot more manageable - a step by step process toward time freedom. Sticking with ONE system has made a lot of confusion disappear, and even just this one tip about how to delegate repetitive tasks has had measurable results.”
