These 13 secrets will help you immediately increase your productivity so you can spend less time working while also getting more done.

1. Don’t let other people control your workday

Alex Mandossian gives some great tips in his "Time Management Action Secrets" interview.  He says, "Emails, phone calls, voicemail, postal mail – these are all interruptions you cannot control. You can’t control when someone else calls you or sends an email, but you can control your reaction to it. And if you let yourself be interrupted constantly, before you know it the day will be over and you’ll be left wondering why nothing got done.

What you need to do is set aside a specific time during the day where you will not allow any interruptions.

This means:
- no answering phone calls
- no checking emails (turn off the auto-check feature in your email client)
- no regular postal mail
- no talking to family or friends
- no checking voicemail
- no instant messenger
- no false “emergencies” – determine ahead of time what constitutes a real emergency and don’t let anything other than that disrupt you.

Here is another word (its actually two words) that I forgot to include in a recent post about the words you use (or shouldn't use) that impact the results you see in life.

"Or More"

For example, if your goal is to make $10,000 a month from your online business. Instead of saying "I want to make $10,000…" change it to "I want to make $10,000 or more from my Internet business."

The first is limiting, the second gives you an unlimited potential to your life.

I first read this in Joe Vitale's book The Attractor Factor and have since used it in every area of my life with great results.

Respond, follow-up, repeat as needed, this is the formula for a successful customer support system. Unfortunately, in today’s world, this is something that is greatly lacking, especially in the world of Internet Marketing.

One fatal flaw that seems to be repeated again and again is a front end heavy marketing campaign. Ever since the beginning of Trafficology.com we've all argued the chicken-and-egg debate of: should I drive more traffic to my site or do I need to improve my conversion rate first.
 
The debate is ageless and, in short, the conundrum is:  If I don't have any traffic then I can't run a split-test to improve my conversion. But if drive traffic to a site that doesn't convert buyers into customers then I've wasted all my money and now I can't afford to create more traffic.
