Position Overview:

We are looking for one person to take over the day to day operations and concentrate solely on working with Nitro affiliates to maximize revenue through this channel. 

This involves many things -- creating promotional material, hands-on coaching and custom promotions for successful affiliates, constant communication, recruiting new affiliates, and constant improvement and building out the resource center for affiliates. 

You must be able to come up with creative ideas and be able to motivate the affiliate force.  Implementing rewards and incentive programs, and administrating everything relating to the affiliate program needs. 

Picture it as "your baby" with our complete and total dedication, resources and knowledge supporting you.

The reward? 

Like everything we do, you share in the success of the affiliate program. Since you get paid a percentage of every dollar in revenue, the more successful it becomes the more you make.

And we expect nothing less than a huge success. We are already a million dollar + company and have every intention to triple it this year, with your help.

What we are looking for is...

First, you need to be knowledgeable about, have some previous experience and success with, and a VERY strong, white hot passion for affiliate marketing, affiliate marketers and helping people (the Nitro Affiliates).  

Second, you have to be able to create content on a very frequent basis. This includes writing, interviewing, conference calls, case studies, finding people with success and getting them to share their knowledge, etc.

We already have a very strong basis with our affiliate center with some basic promo copy in place for each product. But your job is to build out the most incredible, helpful and usable affiliate resource center with the most effective affiliate tools available anywhere - and work with affiliates so they put them to use. So you have to enjoy creating good content and marketing materials or at the very least be efficient and effective at creating content.

Also go above and beyond to communicate with affiliates and empower them to succeed - with regular newsletters, conference calls and a whole slew of cool things we have planned.

Third, we want somebody who understands marketing information products online - this includes affiliate marketing (recruiting new affiliates and working with current affiliates to increase sales), direct response sales, email followup and promotions, and writing sales copy.

Fourth, you have to be able to find and recruit effective marketers and work with them to sell an obscene amount of products.  This includes using the phone, email and mail to put in 10 times the effort as the typical "recruitment" efforts.

Fifth, you will need to proactively contact and work with affiliates on a daily basis to meet their needs and motivate them to be more effective in increasing sales.  Custom promo material, affiliate contests, training audios/videos, unique and creative ideas and promotions, recognition to successful affiliates,  figuring out how to maximize every affiliate through constant communication.  

Basically making this the most unique, innovative, and successful affiliate program in the world.

And of course you should be very trustworthy, reliable, dependable and loyal.  This is extremely important to us, and one of your jobs will be to convince us of this beforehand.

We have a ton of ideas for all of these items, but we expect, no we require that you will be able to significantly add to the value both initially and definitely ongoing with your own ideas to accomplish all of the above and more.

Projected Project Time Requirements:

On average anywhere from 25 to 40 hours a week doing the 5 main "duties" above. Due to the large (virtually unlimited) residual income potential (and immediate income you are walking into) we expect the person chosen to make this a top priority for the time you spend working online.

Projected Project Payout:

You will get a percentage of all gross revenue the affiliate program brings in. This is usually a sliding scale, the higher the revenue the higher your percentage on all revenue. Exact payouts will be discussed if you are one of the final applicants chosen from all who respond to this.

Plus there are a ton of great "benefits" of working with us. We have an all expense paid company retreat (really a vacation) each year that we put a lot of time and expense into making it amazing and very rewarding.  (Feel like going to Hawaii or The Bahamas this winter?) You get access to all of our products and resources as well as some other products and resources we give you, at our expense, in your starter package. And an important consideration for us is finding people we enjoy working with and become great friends with.

But things always boil down to the money - and our perspective is, if you do not make 6 figures a year, then we chose the wrong person.  If that excites the ba-geebers out of you, and you know you can seriously make it happen, then this is for you.  We want to hear from you right away below.

This might not be the right project for you if:

This is a rather unique project for us, since it is such an integral part of the success of our company. Normally we are very open to all applicants, and have been known to make some bold chances with people, however for this project there are some certain qualifications we would like you to meet.

First, we need somebody in the United States (or similar time zones). We will need to communicate a lot during the day and if you are in another country outside of the Americas then it makes it extremely difficult due to the significant difference in times.

Second, we really need somebody who is knowledgeable about the Internet and marketing. You do not have to be an expert, but you do need to be very well versed and at least be able to write very effective ad copy (emails, newsletters, ads, etc). If you would consider your self "new to Internet marketing" or have never tried to apply what you have learned in the ebooks and courses you have bought, then this project is not right for you.

Third, we are looking for somebody who is a "people person". You have to be able to easily talk with people, get to know them and be-friend them, so you can pick up the phone or send an email and they will want to hear what you say because they view you as a friend and not as an "affiliate manager".

Fourth, we really want somebody with a burning passion and desire to be extremely successful with this project. We will normally choose this type of person first, even if on paper they are less qualified then somebody else.
